Please, just add a confirmation button.

Greetings! SinisterSwamps here! If you're familiar with my posts, and if im honest, you're probably not, as im a complete random, you know i always ask for help with rankups or choices!

However, this isn't the case today, maybe tomorrow, but anyways, the topic of today is...a confirmation button?

Well, simply put, as most other people have asked, please, for the love of what makes a grilled cheese great, just add a confirmation button to any popup bundle, or heck, even any crystal purchase, while i haven't been affected by it personally, the amount of people as of recent has been quite absurd to say the least, heck! You could even just add a setting to disable the confirmation to purchases if you wanted to! But the main point is that is absolutely should for any popup bundles.

Most popup bundles either appear right after opening a certain rarity crystal (premium, 3-6* crystals, cavs, etc), quests, or, like what most people have experienced as of late, logging into the game.

Most people logging in are naturally going to claim their 4h/daily crystal, and for a popup purchase to be [almost] in the same position almost feels a bit... cruel, in a way?

This would help so many players, mainly the ones who are waiting for support tickets or the ones handling support tickets themselves.

You're missing the point of the popup. The reason it exists is for people to mistakenly buy it or intentionally waste their units if they don't know any better

Sadly, I know this is true, but a dreamer can always dream about sandwiches...oh, and a world with confirmation buttons before purchases.

Don’t use them or do anything to them (and with crystals, don’t open them).

Submit a Request (link below) to request a refund..

While that is A solution, that should not be THE solution. I have read multiple times on this forum that someone accidentally purchased a pop up and did not know what they even got and opened a crystal they thought they already had. People aren't keeping a count on how many of each crystal they may have.

Also, sometimes we need to do something in a timely manner, like a crystal opening event. If they accidentally purchase a crystal and don't know which one, they then would have to refrain from opening anything until the ticket has been submitted by them and then fixed by Kabam. By the time that happens, might be too late for that event.

That said, a confirmation button is really necessary. Saves everyone's time from having to go through all the ticket process. I myself accidentally chose a pop up add a few years ago, it was a catalyst offer and was only a few units so I did not bother requesting a refund. I used it eventually weeks or months later.
Yes there should be a confirmation (many posts already asking for this, see below).

But making a post saying “there should be a confirmation” doesn’t actually help the person who this happened to, thus providing the means (above) for how they can recover it in the meantime.

I didn't make a purchase, this post was purely made just because of the amount of people i see accidentally buying an offer that they don't mean to, and i thought it'd be beneficial for a single confirmation button to be added before a purchase, as it'd save both victims of these popups and kabam employees times from waiting and giving rollbacks respectively.
