Why is Magik not recovering all of the damage done from recoil when Limbo ends?

Anyone know why Magik’s limbo does not recover all of the recoil damage?... noticed it the other day when I was using her and then forgot to mention it.... but then just watched a vid from Mvinceable and it reminded me....

But Liquid Courage doesnt, or how come wp heals more than LC drains away?

You have a combination of masteries like Salve and Recovery, when if maxed out and combined with WP, can equal the health loss so there is not net gain or loss in HP. However, sometimes it's not exactly equal and there may be a +/- 1 to 5 hp net gain or loss in HP.

And in case if you forgot what those two masteries were:

Salve (3/3): Your Champions recover 4.0 Health twice per second for 60 seconds. No effect on robots.
Recovery (3/3): Increase any Health your Champions recover during a fight by 15.0%.

Yeah, made the math and its correct, 30% reduction, just seemed weird that its kinda equal on LC + WP but it is what it is
