utterly pathetic and an insult to our “10th anniversary”

i have nothing positive to say about this event, the worst drop rates i have ever seen, the bland banquet is a rip off and if you’re reading this save your money/units, trust and believe.

I'm curious on 1 thing, this type of events should make you want to open more and more, buy more units to open more, buy crystals...
All I am seeing is people with regrets of spending units they had lol....

Yep. I pulled them twice and my thoughts “what am I supposed to do with these?!?!?”

They need to start adding in nexus style options. If your a whale buy thousands of these things wanting T7b you can choose the small cumulative amounts. Everyone else who wants to can select something that will be of use to us.

For us regular Joe Schmo’s? I can see where you’re coming from. But there are people who wire transfer money directly to Kabam in order to have thousands of crystals imported into their accounts to avoid buying them 10 at a time.

These people? They’re willing to spend the big bucks in order to have a r4.

I think people are conflating the idea of the 10th Anniversary with this. The Banquet has been improved since last year, in terms of what's been made available. That doesn't mean they're going to remove the base pulls. That's inevitable, and it comes up every year.
Also, the Event literally just started today. We have 2 weeks to have a chance at other pulls. I find it too soon to sum up the entire Event.
We just got 10 free 7*s. I think part of the problem is expectations. Could they improve it? Sure. They listened to some of the feedback last year. That doesn't mean they can give people everything they want. Only some of it. That's a part of balancing any game.

I'm selective in rankups and have a decent amount of cats so at first glance there isn't a lot of value in it for me.

I routinely have to let t6b and t3a expire because I can't bring myself to rank spuds that have no value just to use a resource that while valuable, has no value if the rankup itself has none.

I'm not really the target market for these events since I won't whale but it does seem a little disappointing for any midgame or better valiant.

Yeah, I'll add my name to the list of respectfully disappointed summoners. I bought about 12k worth of crystals so far, and I really didn't get anything that will impact my (valiant) account. Just a lot of T6cc, T5b, and T5cc, like other folks said.

I'll also second @DrZola 's point that the tiny trickle of T7a feels a bit silly. That's just going to sit dormant in my account for several months, probably.

I did get enough shards for about 3 7* crystals (mostly from the milestones, I think), and unfortunately just pulled repeated dupes from nearly all of them. My best outcome was to awaken my 7* Juggs. The two keys that I got (both from milestones) happened to pull 2 champs that I don't really want, and it's particularly frustrating because I absolutely love Medusa and wanted to pull her. Turning that key into a selector would have been a nice player-friendly alternative that would not have affected the economy here, as far as I can tell.

After opening 45 of these, and getting most of the objectives rewards:

-RNG was mid to good for me. I got 4 new 7 stars and a nice Titan one (Scream).
- I formed 2 r3s, and that s because I got one and a half cat from SBC. There s 3 more catalysts yet to claim If the realm event gets there, so RNG aside, not full 3 R3s. Who exactly made the calculations when comparing with CW deals?
- The titan shards I totally got were around 6k. Still CW deals were better on this one.
- The key reworked champs system is very bad. You can't dupe any of them if you don't whale out.
- Overall, better than last year, but it wasn't a satisfied event at all. Especially since it s 10 years anniversary and all.

if you don't think the crystals are great then the best thing to do is not spend but don't trash the devs, it's your responsibility to look at the odds and determine what's best.

that said, i pulled ~70 crystals and got trash, but i think the milestones are solid but anything past that is not worth it. very disappointed with my superior banquet crystal RNG, hope y'all do better.

@Kabam I spend 24K units and I got only few basic T6 and Alfa3 , iso and 3000 7* shards . It is normal ?
I am Valiant players and I have already 30 basic T6 cata in my stock and don’t need it much. Why you don’t give more things interesting ?
The real problem , with 24K units , we have only 3000 7* shards … and nothing better than this .
If it is normal for 24K units this , every month , I will give you these items , and you can give me 24K units ? Something not normal … it is not easy to have 24K units . 4K is $100 in game .
You should see again your rewards or your RNG or your algorithms.
We can’t spend 24K units only for few 7* shards.
I am disappointed.

This is correct, but only whales are getting any significant chunk of their T7b from the SBCs. Ranking as an ally and solo are where the larger fragments are at.

If the 5% drop rate for T7b from SBCs holds true, a whale would need to open 2000 SBCs to reasonably expect to form a single T7b and 6000 SBCs to get a full set for R4.

I’m not saying people won’t do that—one would need to do at least that to finish at the top of the solo event—but it makes little sense to make Joe Schmo pull resources he won’t need for months if even that soon. I would have just put the T7b in the rank rewards and boosted chances for something else (not T6b!!).

15k in units and didn't even get enough shards for a 1/2 7* from them. It was 99%. This was horrible I've never gotten so little from 15k units.
