  7,950 at the moment; need to finish the last level of Uncollected to 100% the mode this month (so another 1,200 coming soon). Only done the first run of 5.4 so another 2,500 down the road when that's all done. But yeah 100% Uncollected mode last month, and a good handful of 5* dupes ever since 6* shards were first introduced

  I'm sure it will be more than 10k per crystal. My guess is it will be at least 20k, if not 50k shards to form a 6* crystal.
