Players who bought the 50$ 10x Superior bundle that doesn't include the banquet key

It feels like kabam is just trolling us at this moment for this banquet event. Some of us bought the 50$ Bundle that includes 10x superior banquet crystals and 20 tickets and now the same bundle with a key included... We feel scammed.

They might have spruced it up..this new bundle only has 10 crystals - dunno tbf. I forget but it's definitely better overall just by having the key.

That's really stupid. How could they come up with idea like that! Feel like they should give us key per previous bundle we purchased! So 20 tickets = 7* key!? What!?

There did the same last year.

They need to do the right thing and give everyone keys who bought the original bundle

The purchase limit on this bundle is one so if they did it would probably only be 1 key even if you bought 4 of the deals. But that would still be better than nothing.

The players who bought the 50$ 10 crystals that doesn't include the key just got played by kabam.. Many of my ally members spent 50 to 200$ on these bundles and now they release a version with a key and we all feel some type of way about this...
I am definitely agreeing with you - I just couldnt recall but now checking (I bought 2 of those first bundles) it was 10 with 2 tickets (then they sent 8 after for the error). The key alone is worth those 10 crystals.

This was same case last year. Y’all should do research on events before swiping your credit cards Willy nilly

They did but it wasn't a full 7* iirc (which is what the key is) but the same bundles had extra stuff when they went on sale again right before Christmas

This is nothing new. They did the same last year. That is why I did not buy the initial $50 offer as I knew they will be kinda messing around with us with the Christmas offers.

This is a poor take. A sale one year doesn't guarantee a similar one next year. For that matter, with all the noise surrounding the Banquet Event, I don't imagine many people saw the £50 bundles and thought "Hey, I'd better wait until Monday to see if they add free 7*s in there!"
Agreed, Plus he has to account the players that started playing this year and haven't seen the last banquet including me. I have started playing this year so I'm not sure what to expect.

I think this highlights the issue though. If we were spending in-game currency earned solely by playing (units), then it would be a pain, but that's that. This is real currency, and whilst I appreciate we're all adults who choose to spend, messing around your playerbase and customers is a really bad thing for a company to do. If this were any other company and not a mobile video game, people would be equally as frustrated with the lack of information provided.

To clarify, the sales aren't the problem; the Valiant Webstore Special is the specific issue.

    Last year was dog water

This year was dog water using last year's unwashed bowl

Aren't you super looking forward to next year?
