Does anyone have a full list of champions available in the PHC? I've been trying to find one but all I can find is this: http://marvel-contestofchampions.wikia.com/wiki/Premium_Hero_Crystal which is outdated.

ROL reward champs: 4* Rhino, 4* Red Cyclops, & 4* Ronan
Unstoppable Colossus (3* and 4* versions) - available via Loyalty and alliance crystals
Immortal Iron Fist (all versions) - Max dupe crystals
OG Punisher (all versions) - Battlechip/arena crystals
Red Deadpool (all versions) - Purchased and via special arena
Thanos (Only 4* version exists) - Only available to Legends
Kang (only 4* version exists) - Special Xmas crystals and other special content
OG Vision (3* and 4* versions) - Purchased via units
Blade and any champ released after him - Just new to the game
I have also heard something about 3* Hulk not in the crystal too, but not 100% on that.
There are a handful of special 2* champs that aren't available either. They were all available through special events (like the Guardians or Spiderman events last year) or via Marvel Insider. I'm not 100% on some of them, as they may just be really new and I haven't duped them very much yet.

This is another resource for identifying who is available in the game but not necessary via PHC. The list of 2* champs isn't 100% accurate because it doesn't include Angela, Hela, Thor (Ragnarok), and Loki because I have them. But it also lists another 10 in the game that I don't have after a year of pulling PHC's.
Deadpool X-force and Punisher 2099 would be in there so not all version as you state above. But otherwise very nice compilation.
