  3600 energy. Each takes 1200 energy except 1st 2 difficulties. They take 1152 each

  There are numbers out there, I don't know those.
  But from experience, since I have been doing it for a long time. It takes about 14-16 refills for me to explore tb Eq in first 2-3 days.
  So more or less 18 refills in one go.
  
  All three difficulty cost same energy.
  Strongly suggest to skip cav EQ. There's not much in there. Except for someone who is in dire need of a small but decent amount of iso and gold.

  Yes I am doing the cav one for iso cause there is a good amount there and I don't know what are any other ways to get iso

  Well iso is that one thing that comes with time.
  
  For now:
  I have seen comments from players farming shooting stars quest on repeat. Immediate iso can be obtained from glory. Buying 4* crystals form incursion artifacts.
  
  You gotta do what you gotta do for iso. Its all part of the game, managing resources.
  This phase will pass. Be careful throwing iso on champs you are not likely to use.

  After they started with the SDE, I only run through and explore TB, for the access to Gauntlet rewards.
  
  I used to run through cavalier and uncollected, for the 22 hour event, but there is no incentive to do so anymore, if you can get SDE milestones through BG and Arena. The rewards for exploration is simply not worthy of the 1100-1200 units needed.

  According the the calculation online it will take about 17 days to explore all 3 difficulties and the rest of 13 days I can user for exploring act 5 & 6 for now
