iPad performance

Since the update there are so many glitches in the iPad. I can't scroll through friends list, can't invite people to the alliance and many, many other functions too long to list. For example I went to search someone's ingame name and on my iPad it said no user found and on my iPhone I found the same person. Ik there's been a lot of issues since the update and the iPad performance is a big one. Hard to play

    i also noticed not being able to scroll down the friends list or click their profile and view it. the screen was locked but you can exit out to the main menu and try again. trying a second or third time sometimes works.

    Same here on iPad. Even 1-2 minutes between each fight in arena on loading screen.

    Idk how useful sending a ticket with a video will be. Most of the issues come from not being able to click on something or having to reset the game. Unresponsiveness is the biggest problem. For certain things it's not reading the input. Gameplay seems fine although I haven't done any difficult content since the update to really know.

    Just found another bug. I can't click on the tab "select 100" in the iso stash to be able to sell it. I have to click on each iso individually.

    Exactly, it’s not like watching a 30 sec video with star rolling, but a basically static screen. Unless you set another cam showing you keep touching the iPad in that 30 sec but no response. I think the game team should have iPad in office and they can try themselves.

    There are too many issues after this update, some I can list -

    1- A lot of lag between pressing button and it actually doing its function, especially in BGs
    2- Even in normal UI, button press happens but the action gets delayed so much, the action happens later multiple times for the amount of times I pressed.
    3- Some characters look like deathless champs (this is a known one)
    4- I cannot press certain buttons, I have to reload the game

    Similar reports from various people, about list panes (either Friends or Player Search results) mysteriously moving to the right.
    Unable to scroll down in them.
    Unable to remove the”Blocked” status of someone in their Block List.
    etc.

    Note, OP here specifically said happens on their iPad (Air m2), but NOT on their iPhone.

    I did try and test myself (base iPad, earlier model), and count NOT see those issues. (Yes, after updating game).
    Added a bunch of random “Blocks” from random Search Panes, etc..

    So, not everyone, maybe device specific (not just Android vs Apple) ??

    Although I do have the cutoff Mail Msg view window, which I think is much more widespread, maybe even everyone.

    same, ipad pro 9.7. for me is regular fights & aq, 1-2min load time is ridiculous.
