Just for some insight on this: localizing games into other languages is a LOT of work. They don’t just run it through Google Translate or a similar tool, it has to be done by hand, and checked over multiple times.

If it’s not done by hand, that’s how you get mistranslations. And suddenly Korg’s joke about being made of rocks in a monthly EQ takes on a whole new meaning that is not family friendly when sloppily translated. Not to even mention that we frequently see typos in English, the writers (presumably) native language. Translation beyond that is an additional challenge on top of that.

Now, it’s one thing to ask for this in games that just release and that’s it. Or that get DLC on a long term basis. But for a game like this that updates monthly, it adds up.

I am not saying it shouldn’t be done. In a perfect world, every language would be represented in game so that everybody could access it and feel welcome. But ultimately, Kabam needs to make a business decision. They have to determine if localization would generate enough profit for them to justify the expense of the process. I have no idea which markets accomplish that goal, but I imagine Kabam does. And I bet you that list looks an awful lot like the list of languages currently supported.

Actually, most of the game could be easily Google translated. Even champs bios. Now champs abilities and nodes translation could be an issue, but I'd say they are written poorly in a first place anyway. And there is no any voiceover needed, so it's not that expensive. Also just checked, they have dutch language available, with us only spoken in the Netherlands and part of Belgium with total population about 23 millions, while Poland has 40. It also looks like they still support russian language, and I believe you can't process payments from russian banks because of sanctions. Overall my point is the request is reasonable

The nodes itself are confusing in proper English, imagine translating all the nodes into a local language

Do a poor job and the player might not understand how the nodes affect the fight

There's so much to read in this game example Enchantress abilities, one huge chunk of text
I feel I'm taking English exam when playing this mobile game

According to Wikipedia, this is the list of the top twenty world languages sorted by number of native speakers:

    Mandarin Chinese
    Spanish
    English
    Hindi
    Bengali
    Portuguese
    Russian
    Japanese
    Yue Chinese
    Vietnamese
    Turkish
    Wu Chinese
    Marathi
    Telugu
    Western Punjabi
    Korean
    Tamil
    Egyptian Arabic
    Standard German
    French

And according to Steam, these are the languages supported by MCOC:

    English
    French
    Italian
    German
    Spanish - Spain
    Dutch
    Indonesian
    Japanese
    Korean
    Norwegian
    Portuguese - Brazil
    Russian
    Simplified Chinese
    Traditional Chinese
    Turkish

There is very strong overlap between the lists, with some allowances (Simplified and Traditional Chinese to accommodate all written Chinese, for example). There is a bit of a Western European bias (Italian, German, Dutch) which is normal in a game originally developed in North America, but by in large the languages the game supports either contain large amounts of native speakers/readers (English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese) or are common second or interchange languages (Indonesian, Russian) or are known to contain large amounts of rabid spending populations of game players (Korean, Japanese), or some combination of all of those.
