Thanos Reigns - Deathless piece selector not working

I just completed the Thanos Reigns solo event and claimed the selector, which I chose Guillotine. But after that, the actual selector for the piece doesn't appear and instead flashes my screen as it is attempting to appear. I've restarted my game, I've restarted my device, and it persists through every menu. (Apologies for poor video quality, just quickly getting it out there.)

The quick flashing screen is actually really uncomfortable to look at and is giving me a headache. It’s happening a lot, like it’s trying to push the selector through but can’t.

Btw if u check the selector i forgot u could do this but i think issue is u cant claim a piece from that champ selector, like for exmple i used a gem on my 6 deathless and the selector went well only now i realised after claiming guilly and reviewing the selector its all locked probs why its flickering and not showing

I see the same thing. All of my Guillotine pieces are locked even though they all say 0 except for one piece that says 1. The other champs do not have a lock on the pieces that say 0. Hopefully this can be an easy fix if they just unlock the pieces that we don’t own yet.

Same here. Restarting game does nothing and it doesn't matter if i log into my Android or Apple same results.

Looking into it between here and Reddit, it seems if you already bought out the 6* deathless then you weren’t suppose to ever have more than 1 set of the deathless parts. But because of the reward, it forces you to choose one of them thus causing the bug.

I have the same issue. I also claimed the the rewards from the plat track afterwards that contains a selector and that doesn't show up either now like it's being blocked by the deathless peice not showing.

So be warned not to claim anything that contains a selector until this is fixed

I'm having the same problem to thanos reigns I've emailed kabam support because it happend to me before on the deathless pieces I think only kabam support can fix this im just waiting for a reply of them but if this can be done as a big fix that would be great for everyone

Trying to keep this game breaking bug on the main page. I also contacted support about this last night, but haven’t heard back yet. This is so frustrating. Not being able to open any selector is awful

Yeah. So not being able to pick from that selector is annoying. The screen constantly flashing is annoying. Not being able to open any selector in the game now? Beyond annoying.

choose the t6c-selector from the daily super event. the selector wont open .. so im not able to pick the t6c.
the buggy deathless-piece-selector blocks every selector afterwards. that sucks big time …

Did you send a ticket to support? Mine still hasn’t shown up, but the fact that yours did is encouraging.

Yeah I did. I got an email from them saying they had made the alterations and unlocked/unblocked the selector
