The issue with Blade.

Pulling Blade as a 7-star excited me but his abilities feel a little lackluster, which i hate because i LOVE Blade.
In comics, Blade’s sense is not just for ‘Dimensional Beings’ but any supernatural/magical presence.

Currently, these are the champions that activate Danger Sense, those who are X’ed out are Bleed Immune/resistant and so Blade instead relies on critical hits for damage slowing him down even more.

How can Kabam fix Blade? 2 easy additions:
1) Give Blade an alternative to Bleed: my design would be a Pre-Fight to load different ammo, e.g. Incendiary- Incinerates, Hollowpoints- Ruptures
2) Add #Supernatural and #Monster tags and widen the pool for Danger Sense boosting Blade’s value in modern MCOC.
Numbers can be tweaked but i think these 2 changes would fix every issue Blade has and make him a balanced and valuable pull.

Danger Sense
Blade is trained to fight against supernatural threats. When against any #DimensionalBeing, #Legion of Monsters or #Deathless Champion, Danger Sense activates, granting Blade X attack rating and reduces opponent’s ability accuracy by 45%
Purify/Debuff shrugging
Blade’s immune system attacks alien substances, shrugging off Debuffs up to 95% faster the more bars of power he has.
If the debuff is permanent, he instead has a base 25% to purify it. The chance increases per bar of power.
25% degen resistance per bar of power he has (75 max)
Bleeds:
When performing a well timed block, inflict a Bleed debuff and gain a Bulwark passive, increasing Block by X%, max 3
Critical hits have a 80% chance to inflict Bleed
Blade gets X attack rating if the opponent is Bleeding.
If the opponent is Bleed immune, gain a non-stacking Cruelty passive for 5 seconds instead
When nearby Bleeding opponents or if he has a Cruelty passive, generate 10% of a bar of power every second
Blade’s ability power rate cannot be reduced below 50% by any source.
Vampiric Immortality - When holding block
Blade’s natural Regeneration rate cannot be reduced passively or by Debuffs. Additionally the potency of the Willpower Mastery is reduced by 60%.
When holding Block after 1 second, Blade’s healing factor allows him to regenerate X health for the cost of 35% of a bar of power
Special 1: Go for the Head and Heart
Inflicts Bleed for 10 seconds
Special 2: Safety’s Off
This attack gains X Crit rating
Critical hits inflict Bleed for 7 seconds
Special 3: Day Walker’s Wrath
Once per fight, gain an indefinite Vicious passive, increasing the potency of Bleeds by 30%
Inflicts 3 stacks of Bleed, each dealing X Direct Damage over 13 seconds.
Stun for 1 second
Signature ability: Enhanced Danger Sense
Danger sense now provides additional X attack rating and now extends to all Mystic #Villains.
Blade should also activate danger sense vs deathless champions as well

For anyone curious there.
Alot of Blade disrespect going around that's completely unwarranted.
My version was intended to give Blade some broader AAR abilities; in particular with a decent (but not game-breaking) Disorient ability on Heavy attacks, and additional Offensive AAR on blocks, giving him up to 90% AAR against his target opponents. Oh, and Danger Sense helps him bypass Mystic Dispersion and other buff punishment, too.

The Daywalker
Whilst near a bleeding opponent, Blade gains +2705 Attack, and he generates 6% of a bar of Power per second for each stack of bleed. Additionally, whilst Blade is nearby, the opponent's passive power gain is reduced by 20% per stack of bleed, and the power denied is transferred to Blade.
Blade's vampiric nature also reduces degeneration damage and the duration of debuffs, rising with increasing power (max benefits at two full bars of power):
- At zero power: -20% degeneration damage and -30% debuff duration
- Two bars or more: -60% degeneration damage and -90% debuff duration
Danger Sense:Danger Sense triggers at the start of the fight against all opponents carrying the tags #Dimensional Being or #Legion of Monsters.
Whilst Danger Sense is active, Blade gains +5409 Attack and +482 Critical Rating: and his opponent's ability accuracy is reduced by 45%. Additionally, any Fury or Precision buffs that Blade would gain become Passives instead, and gain +45% duration.
Well-timed blocks:
Well-timed blocks reduce the opponents Offensive Ability Accuracy by -45%, and inflict a Bleed debuff for 2534 damage over three seconds.
If a Bleed is prevented due to an Immunity, Blade then shifts to a more defensive posture; and subsequent well-timed blocks instead benefit from +1225 Block Proficiency and an additional flat -20% Offensive Ability Accuracy.
Critical hits
When striking with his sword, Critical hits have a 70% chance to Inflict Bleed, causing 2534 damage over 3 seconds. If these Bleeds fail due to immunity, Blade instead gains a Cruelty passive granting +205 Critical Damage Rating for five seconds. These Passives stack to a max of nine, and expire one at a time.
Heavy Attacks
Blade's Heavy attack inflicts a Disorient debuff reducing the opponent's ability accuracy by 35% for five seconds. Whilst the opponent is bleeding, this debuff expires half as quickly.
Signature Ability:
Enhanced Danger Sense - Blade's Danger Sense expands to include #Deathless opponents, as well as all Mystic opponents who are also #Villains.
Vampiric Immortality - When he is below 70% health and holding Block, Blade's healing factor consumes his own power to recover 3708 health/s, at a cost of 35% to 20% of a bar of power. If Blade is prevented from gaining health, this ability will not trigger.
Special Attacks
If activated whilst the opponent is bleeding, or whilst Blade has three or more personal Cruelty passives, activate a Fury buff granting 5409 Attack for six seconds, and paused during the Special Attack. Max stacks 1.
SP1 - Inflicts Bleed for 6762 damage over 12s.
SP2 - This attack benefits from +4200 Critical Rating, and any critical hits inflict Bleed for 1383 damage over 1s. For each bleed inflicted, Blade instantly generates 6% of a bar of Power.
SP3 - Inflict three stacks of bleed, inflicting 9467 damage over 12s
80% chance to inflict Stun for 3s
