Trouble getting Twitch Drops

Hi guys anyone else have issues getting twitch drops? (First time trying to get any twitch drops btw) I’m seeing it says claimed but nothing is showing up in my inventory. Attached an image for reference.

Where do you get the drops page?

a ) wait a while (probably a couple more hours) - it can be simultaneous for some and slightly delayed for others

b ) if you still got nothing, and you attached/linked your kabam account username correctly, send a support ticket to Kabam. *IF* they respond to reach out to twitch, hit them back and tell them no, it's their responsibility.

Kabam should be taking care of it. They screwed me and others out of it last time so I don't really care to try this time around.

Damn thanks for the info. I’ll just wait and see I guess. If it’s so much of a hassle to get it resolved I can do without it. Nothing game changing anyways yk.

Good advice to be a little patient if its showing claimed, should popup in-game as claimable. If its still not there over the weekend let us know so we can followup with twitch on where the breakdown is as its for sure working for some (I just claimed mine so I know its at least functional) but there should not be issues like this.

Haven't received mine either and it's almost 24 hours now. I had gotten them fine last time almost instantly. Sent ticket to kabam support too.

I’ve linked kabam with twitch numerous times but still won’t let me claim them…

Ironically (after complaining about how bad the experience was the last time and never having received them), I got mine. But it doesn't surprise me at all that it's still flawed.

I would highly recommend anyone that hasn't received them that still hasn't submitted a ticket, do so ASAP because they may try to come back and claim you took too long if you continue to wait.

I've already claimed them from Twitch account since Friday after the stream but received nada. Also sent ticket to Kabam on Friday and they finally replied last night to tell me it's not their fault, it's Twitch. Just sick of it at this point, those drops are NOT worth this much hassle. It'll simply be the last stream I watch, better off seeing a quick recap on RichTheMan.

Here it shows that I got notifications that I got them but I hadn’t received them like I did for the previous month (which I think was January). Is there any way that we can be compensated for missing Twitch drops?

@KabamPinwheel still nothing unfortunately. Seems like this is an issue for me and a lot of others. Any resolution?

@KabamPinwheel I had this same issue on last twitch drop. Kabam Support told me not receiving Twitch Drops was a Twitch support issue. Twitch support says that it's a Kabam Support issue since the rewards arent transferring ingame. In the end I never got rewards then and don't feel confident I will again.

Can you clarify exactly whose responsibility it falls under?

@KabamPinwheel I'm not trying to burst your bubble here as I do appreciate your response on the thread,but Kabam Support has zero control over this issue like @Cdy824 has said above.

I made the ticket following your suggestion only to be disappointed by the response. As you can see there are two ticket numbers mentioned in the screenshot, thats because this is now the 2nd time this has happened to me.

I strongly urge you to pass it on to the team to get rid of the twitch rewards and revert back to the promo codes. Why even do the twitch rewards when theres no control over it if issues arise and it leads to a back and forth as indicated by my screenshot and the posts above?

@Polygon i finally got a reply from Kabam support that said similar. Flat out, they won't be providing any support for this, and automatically closed my ticket with 0 follow up.

I don't think that "72 hours" matters, clearly, since y'all are still dealing with it this time around.

Seems like if you get the drops, you're lucky, and if you don't get them right away, you're SOL and never going to get them.

I'm not sure why its being passed back and forth but this is not the experience we're trying to create for y'all so we're not gonna drop it till we can figure something out. I think unfortunately it may mean for those who had trouble with drops on the most recent stream that they may not be able to receive them. I know this is frustrating, more for having it happen again than necessarily for the rewards itself, and trust me its frustrating for me as well. Will pass along more when I know more but that's where things are at right now.

I think it's especially frustrating because I understand Kabam's reasoning for implementing these specifically at 'twitch drops' rather than promo codes - but they took something that worked, and changed it into something that currently just isn't.

I'm glad to hear that you're really trying to figure out what the issue is and get to the bottom of it - and personally I would recommend a promo code or something at the next stream *instead* of drops IF the issue itself is not resolved.

I definitely hear you. The intention with drops is to really reward and say thank you to the folks who take time out of their day to come watch our streams. I know promo codes were/are popular but there's a limit to their usefulness for us which makes it harder for us to make a case to do cool things with them.

I know the early road with twitch drops has been nothing less than bumpy, but we're committed to getting this ironed out so that the way is clear to do some cool things in the future.

@KabamPinwheel so what your saying, while things will get better at some later date. Those of us who have never actually gotten any of the drops to transfer over are simply out of luck, regardless of our dedication to maintaining contact with support for issues as well as to Kabam in watching streams? We just get to hope "maybe next time."

Please understand my anger and frustration are certainly not at you, as I do appreciate your transparency in this issue and communicating, but this is now over a month (factoring the january stream as well) of hearing "Not our Problem."
