Just trying to get a read on what the community is thinking for those who have completed/explored Act 5 in the past or recently

Definitely, the 90-day thing is not understandable. I'm leaving some screenshots so that those who know Spanish can read and draw their own conclusions. My conclusion is that Kabam must have a colleague who is drunk and gives things away.

The person who posted this in a Facebook group says that he hasn't even completed Act 4 at 100. This person was in the alliance where I was, since I decided to stop playing, they sent him something that I suppose is in accordance with his level of progression. I'm implying that it must be a gentleman account, perhaps unclaimable?

Time will tell, there is nothing more to do, my friend, it is just a matter of closing my wallet so that the Kabam team can sit down, even if it is just to optimize the game, which is the main reason for my displeasure. I hope that the compensation is received by people who truly need it. If not, for me this is still a reason to close my wallet before Kabam and take some time for other activities. It is sad that the Kabam team does not know how to take care of the players.

This is a crazy thing to say but I agree with GW, these rewards do virtually nothing for me at this point lol I agree with Slayer at the same time tho what about people who did it 91 days ago, definitely would be great rewards for them so the window should be bigger at the very least.
We could ve used all those catalyst and gold to do some rank ups instead of making the game for newer acc a grinding time they just gave them a jump to reach the ones that are on the grind it just makes u feel like ur going behind the ranks and each time u push up a hill someone gets a cheat code to climb higher than u
I think the new updated rewards should be shared equally with every player on the game doesn t need to be the same but us old acc are the ones who kept playing and show the devs how us players makes the community livid with our grinding it has meaning but the only thing comes to my mind is this is another trick that they pulled to feel upset so u d start buying to ascend the ranks

Why? Business rule 101, get the new customers over anything else. Because if the new customers are happy, they'll more than likely continue buying what your selling.

I'm overflowing on both gold and catalysts, that's why I said those rewards do nothing for me which is the main reason I don't care if they do or don't. I understand for other players it's different but for me they do nothing.

And if those dissenting argue “who really needs those rewards if they’re already advanced in account,” then it shouldn’t mean anything to give them out either.

People is like ( why give 6 stars to valiant players, they are not useful for most end content anyway ) so that means 7 stars should be locked for those who cant rank them or so? Same point, they cant really use them for 100% before atleast thronebreaker, also I cant get a 7 star dr doom.. should i close my chance to max him out or so? Cuz im valiant.. we all have done our parts, why feed the lowers? 1 reason why they are low is that they dont give money to kabam and they get rewards for that? Owh ya nice.. lets keep making it harder for high levels and more easy for newer once, thats fair even with the fact we all know those high levels is the reason why mcoc is 1 of the biggest mobile games ever made.. and dont forget that part, they still talk about another around of 100% that is act 6

The team actively decided to bump rewards and only give them to players who finished Act 5 over the last few months?

Regardless of what the bumped rewards were (and in this case, they appear to be somewhat useful to most players, especially in the amounts of gold and iso), what possible rationale is there to circumscribe the recipient pool so narrowly?

Im in the middle for this. People who have already completed it already got rewards for completing it once. So if kabam updated the rewards for act 5 the people who already done it years ago would just be getting another set of rewards for free for absolutely nothing.

It would have been best for kabam to stop updating the rewards for previous acts. That way the newer players have to progress the same way that the current players have had to.

Its not for nothing. You complete nerfed act5 . In addition, they can send the remaining rewards.

These rewards are better than TB Event Quest and maybe even Paragon gauntlet - which Kabam thinks has actually quite good rewards for Valiant Players. With this logic everyone should have received these rewards.

80% of the people on the Forum isn't 10% of the game. Also, the majority of people are going to say they want to get something rather than not.

We'll continue seeing these updates since they need to fast track new accounts to replace the people who have left. Mobile games are about instant gratification. One of the biggest reasons new accounts stop is due to lack of resources (gold and iso specifically). What's the point of dropping cash on crystal offers if you can't rank them up?

Kind of an out there question/idea is...why not just start up a new server for new accounts? No rarities beyond 4 stars, let them build their accounts the way it was originally designed. No reason to reinvent the wheel. No need to give compensation for previously completed content or to make old content easier. Let new accounts feel good about being at the top of a leaderboard.

The game team can continue to focus on progressing the game in the main server and roll the established content over to the new server as they see fit and it keeps the game fresh for everyone. Consolidate the rarities in the main server (I see you 1-4 stars) and old content that was designed for them.

Anyway, I know it's way easier said than done, but there's a number of reasons games don't last this long, and games companies spend a a ton of time and resources to look at the reasons why.

80% of the people on the Forum isn't 10% of the game. Also, the majority of people are going to say they want to get something rather than not.

All polls are a micro sample of the total opinion. Look at presidential polls. They give predictions on a couple of thousand opinions for 150+ million actual voters.

But we aren’t the new, exploitable and rapidly progressing accounts.

It’s possible multi-year veteran players are viewed as old cash cows who only need a treat thrown to them every now and then because they will keep playing. Time, after all, apparently isn’t a meaningful resource to the dev class.

None of the loot given away is earth-shattering, but as someone above noted it is very competitive with TB EQ, which remains the highest level of EQ available. Also, someone on the team took the time to calculate the Act 5 loot into the “rewards budget” instead of using that time to do any of dozens of things that need to be done in game.

Maybe the team should just start giving away Titans and T7b to accounts that finish Variant Back Issues for the first time in 2025?
