(1) requires zero skill to play;
(2) requires zero specials; and
(3) is doing fights she has no business doing.

Well there are lot other champs who are busted than okoye, like silk for example.

She has a very good limitation, Extremely dependent on buffs and debuffs, which is usually countered by a lot of champions and nodes.

She’s great. She can do a lot but she’s not a catch all and has limitations. She’s a strong attacker but not busted. She’s certainly not ideal for serpent. She can do a good amount of meta defenders but there’s also some she can’t do. Might as well nerf Starky at this point then, I can nuke Onslaught, Photon, Bullseye, Enchantress and more in under 50 seconds with him lol

That's like saying Archangel needs a Nerf because he can easily kill specific champs. Both him and Okoye are extremely dependant on their Debuffs, against immune champs you would never use them

She’s cooks a class advantage fight punching down (and how far down) then puts up respectable but not insane times in matchups she was built to do…

This hits twice as hard because I don't even have her yet.
But also, she might need to be nerfed as well; I just haven't had a chance to use her to know for sure.

not the best for photon , many others work better.
doesnt do any impactful damage to thing .
cannot counter dthanos due to amount of hits .

Half of what you list just isnt true. She is a simple, fun and DoT specific champ. Immunities to shock or bleed make her much less viable.

I believe there actually is a bug currently acknowledged that sets all vicious buffs to 100% potency, and this bug probably affects Okoye more than anybody else. A lot of the examples in this thread were probably collected with that bug in play.

Personally I don't think finishing a fight on 100% is enough, she needs to finish on 110%! Give Okoye a buff!

Yeah her damage is bugged so I was clearly sensing something was off.
