How was your Heart of Fire pulls ?

Only took me 206 points to get every champion, I will think about getting sales on webstore to probably get dark pheonix !!

Started off strong got 7* ibomm and started with 133k units.

The plan is probably get $50 deals and $10 deals to see if I pull any, then use the selector to dupe either nick fury or tigra

Heres all of them grouped up.

Ending off with 124k units left and will need to calculate how many more I need to open to get dark pheonix.

6k units and got one Immortal Hulk. Guaranteed 7 star was Nick Fury. Pretty useless without his dupe. Would have love Fantman since I have a Tech awakening gem. Should've just saved for 4th of July. Hopefully I'll be clever enough to not use units for this bad event next year.

How were the pulls? Crappy for a Valiant.

I went to 100 points in the higher event to the higher event, in order to get the 7* HoF crystal.

1) No 7* in the 14 HoF Paragorn crystals. 3 or 4 6*. I expected that.

2) The 36 HoF Valiant crystals only gave me 6* and more 5*.
Far from quite all the posts in the forum about HoF pulls.

3) I wanted Immortal Abomination. I didn’t want Tigra. The others would have been good.
The 7* HoF crystal gave me Tigra…

Of course, no more units in the HoF. Because:
- The materials do not deserve the units, before and after the 100 points.
- Reaching the other 7* HoF crystal has a chance to conclude as a duped Tigra.

The HoF reminded me how frustrating the game is and why I shouldn’t buy crystals with different rarities of characters. I really hesitated to go further after the part without units, but all the champions (except Tigra) convinced me. I thought I could also have luck like most of the people in these threads.

The day started bad. Game off for the rest of the day.

I did the minimum via F2P and got one 7* which was Havok. Debating whether to invest any additional units. At this point I'm thinking no, but perhaps something may change my mind. Appreciate all the iso and gold gotten from this event. Red Shed and Heart of Fire are nice events. I'm thankful for events where even the F2P can enjoy them.

Used a saved AG for fantman. Used the fire AG on NF. Only ibom is unduped. I do have a science AG, not convinced to use it on 2 face.

So. Ended up with two (3 total) apocoly and a damn Nick fury from everything these 30 earned. Somewhere around 19k units from my account plus whatever was in the milestones was my spend, no dollars were harmed though.

Not thrilled by the spend but I went all in because I cant have an unowned champ, being dark phoenix, albeit the 6*.

The work is done...

I absorbed all of the forums' disagrees and dislikes this past week to become the final boss of Kabam CEO luck, more hate = better luck. Keep feeding me, I like the power.

Wow, i can't believe your luck. I hit 100 points and i didn't get a single 7* except for the one guaranteed one. I'm amazed by how many you folks got with a lot less investment.

I'm pretty sure I had the worst luck possible.

The only champ I didn't want from the crystals was tigra, I hate her with a passion.

I opened 100 valiant crystals and four 7 star HOF crystals.
Pulled 0 7 stars from the valiants, pulled tigra 4 times from the 7 star crystals. I have 2 r2 gems from the events now and 1 of them might aswell be deleted cause I cannot use it on anyone.

It’s great to see few people get the new 7* champs. This feels like a big money grab. To spend that many units for a slim chance at a 7*. Speaking from frustration as I’m in the camp with o there’s who’ve spent units to get only 5/6*. Great strategy by Kabam though. Wish they increased the odds a bit since it requires a lot of unit/$ spend.

Bit of background. I am officially the unluckiest player in this game with the worst GHC streak of over 1200 crystals opened before my first 4 star pool. I know most people here don't know what GHC crystals were and how important were 4 stars back then, but imagine all you had for RNG multi-star level crystals were valiant crystals and you opened 1200 of them before your first 7 star. I also am one of the few people in this game without a 6 star or above Serpent.

With that out of the way, hopefully what comes next feels less lucky and more like overdue justice.

Anyway, I grinded the 34 Cavs and that started the milestone chain. I opened them and got nothing relevant, but I started the gradual process of buying a couple crystals for the next milestone, get more free crystals, get the next milestone of units, use the units for more crystals, and so forth. In the end my net expenditure is basically zero and I purchased only 10 valiant crystals. The following are the new champs I pulled from those crystals and the free ones from the milestones along the way.

I am only at 60 points on the main event, and I can truly say that this is a rare case of knowing to quit when you are ahead. There is no way I will have any good RNG past this point, and spending further would only be for a dupe on NF, a Tigra or an Apoc, and I just don't feel those would be pulled even if I went all the way to the final milestone. In all honesty, I lack the skill for Tigra, barely use Apoc, and will not rank an undupped NF when I have a ranked max Sig 6 star already, so realistically there is nothing more to chase.

Kabam, this doesn't happen often, but thank you for finally giving me some good RNG. I am still waiting on a Serpent though. Even a 6 star will do. I am getting sick and tired of having to ban him on every BG match.

I see alot of comments about people only spending enough units to get the first 7* crystal and then complaning about the event because their pulls were bad. But this event isn't really an event to only dip your toe into.

Unless you're going to go all in on the milestones, due to nature that's it's just opening valiants and hoping for some luck if you don't and we all know how rubbish the rng on those is generally.

It's a wild RNG event with some guaranteed comfort at the end if you're willing to go the distance.
