No Pre Reg Rewards?

Im still waiting i have only recieved one mail to confirm my registration and that was it

    I signed up but never got the email that i signed up. I only got it from the webb site

    I haven't gotten any of them, this is not the first time I've had this problem before with the champions they were giving away for free, I ended up missing out on one for how long it went on for, it expired on me.
    They told me my email might not be selected, and they sent me a link and tell me to check and when I did It's all selected, they told me my Email might've block me from getting emails from them, checked my settings it has nothing blocked, but for some reason whenever they're handing out rewards my email not receiving it.

    I didn't get this email when I signed up. I'm not sure what's happening cause I signed up from the link in the game

    Same. I did not receive any email. I even sent a ticket to Kabam and they replied me saying i did not pre register. Got scammed

    Our mailing list registration records indicate that you did not pre-register for the Marvel Contest of Champions PC download before launch. To maintain fairness in The Contest, the pre-registration rewards can only be provided to players who completed pre-registration on time, and we are not able to make exceptions to this. I recommend you watch your in-game mail, our website playcontestofchampions.com, and our social media channels for news and promotions in the future to be sure you do not miss out.

    I signed up for pre registration on May 1st and received the confirmation email that same day. Still no email with rewards code either.

    I signed up never got the email just went looking for it today and it isn't in my email anywhere I even checked my spam.

    Same for me. I did it day one never got a confirmation email. I gave up on kabam doing anything for me outside of the game.

    I never got an email for confirmation nor rewards and I'm 100% sure I pre-registered.

    I emailed a ticket for support regarding the issue and here are the important parts:

    - We are unable to immediately address your specific concern at this time due to a significant increase in support requests. With that in mind, we will do our best to assist you as soon as we can.

    - We are placing your ticket on hold and will reply again as quickly as we can.

    This makes me think I'll they won't do anything about it and I'll never get another response.

    Received an email last Friday May 16th with a unique promo code to redeem in the webstore for the pre-registration reward.:-D

    And the rewards (for Valiant) are nice!!! So check your Spam folders just in case.

    Same here again, i checked in spam, trash, deleted etc no nothing.Just as a reciet to be able to make this thread.Not happy but im glad there is more People so they can check logs faster and make decision.Im not Valiant so i dont go Crazy about it, not that it would make a difference with my 34 years behind me xYd So everY one of you Good Luck i hope they put a smile on our faces

    No that is what you get when 200k ppl pre register thats not how many rewards are available
