I was thinking cyclops, scream, or lumatrix but I know a few of the other characters are pretty good too.

Why don’t bullseyes cruelty buffs count as buffs?
Just went all the way through the second quest of the valiant gauntlet and picked bullseye for the ghost boss and now I just have to completely restart and throw away all the items I used because his buffs aren’t buffs apparently. Why is this the case?
