What am I missing?

Why can't I see the claim button, i have more points than the minimum required, is it a time thing or should I raise a ticket

Are you new to the game? I don't think so.

This is a REALM event where each and every player contributes points and when total points reach the threshold then only you will be able to claim that milestone even if you have made the minimum point contribution.
