Rebirth 2x Crystals Broken

update: on the main menu there’s a tiny crystal that will say “ready” that you can claim if you bought the 2x deal for the rebirth 7 hr crystals. Hope this helps

Yes I restarted the game.

circled it, that’s where you claim if you have the 2x, it’ll say “rebirth double up crystal” or something that’s how you know

@All sorry but this is very important .

You can claim the Rebirth Crystals. The main menu, there's a timer counting down on the RIGHT HAND SIDE next to all the normal stuff. When it says "Ready" you can claim.

If you bought the deal, it's on another timer which will be counting down too and claim from the main menu.

This is the stuff you have to jump through but it's working and it was 7 hours after whenever you logged into the game after 2pm EST.

what I did was claim the first one and then went and claimed the second on the main menu, not sure what else to do. But @ThēMandalorian was the dude that figured it out

Which “main menu” are you referring to?

There is a tab that pops up under the “Crystals” tab that shows a Rebirth Crystal. Once claimed, that tab goes away.

Is there some second tab you’ve found?

Main Menu is just that.

Where you see everything and can go anywhere and click any tab.

Basically, the "default" page for MCOC after you start the app.

the one you see as soon as you load up the game, where they threw a bunch of little icons all together. Just load up the game and look for the crystal icon and if you bought the 2x it should say ready to let you claim another, prob need to claim the first one before you do the second

Yep—that’s what I thought.

Several of us only got the one crystal. No “Ready” or any other message, and when we went to claim around 9pm EST, that was it—one crystal.

A timer is there now, presumably counting down the 7 hours to the next one. But no double crystal for the first one available.
