Bought the double up bundle but no double rebirth crystal?

It looks like this has happened to others, but just wanted to confirm.

I just claimed my first rebirth crystal from the store but only received 1 crystal while having the double up bundle. Anyone else?

I bought the $100 double up, too. And the crystals are still not available to claim anywhere. My ally mates are all sending screen shots of their openings so I’m not sure why I can’t claim them all.

@All sorry but this is very important .

You can claim the Rebirth Crystals. The main menu, there's a timer counting down on the RIGHT HAND SIDE next to all the normal stuff. When it says "Ready" you can claim.

If you bought the deal, it's on another timer which will be counting down too and claim from the main menu.

This is the stuff you have to jump through but it's working and it was 7 hours after whenever you logged into the game after 2pm EST.

Bought the double up, had the “ready to claim” and clicked to claim but was only one crystal. No second timer before or after claiming.

Honestly, all I can suggest is to submit tickets. If you paid for the 2X crystals and didn’t get them, you should get your double crystals and then some. The team has fumbled this big time and failure to be responsive on the forums for problems with a cash offer is inexcusable.

There should be a timer counting down if "Ready" isn't there yet.

@ThēMandalorianThere’s a timer— however, no second crystal shows up. Just the one that came due at 9pm EST. I suspect there are quite a few for whom that’s the case.

If you purchased the deal, the timer is not on the same time.

For example, I purchased the deal, and my first crystal was claimed and then the timer said less than an hour. That allowed me to claim the second. They are not together for some reason, they show up as two separate lines to open once you have claimed both. So each will say "1 crystal" owned when you claim both.

Make sense now?

So this looks like their poor programming. Until you claim them both at once, they wont be on the same timer

they never will be on the same timer unless you wait to claim the first when the second is also available.

So just wait one time then you're golden if you want to claim both at the same time.

Should be fine and not affect how many you can claim as long as you're not more than like 3-4 hours from last crystal was able to be aimed and then always claim every 7 hours together.

@ThēMandalorian those tabs do not show up at all. Not a Rebirth crystal tab nor a Double Up tab. As in literally, nowhere on the crystal tab.

it won't show there anywhere until you claim one or the deal second one also.

It shows as Green/Yellow Icons counting down on the right hand side of the main menu/launch screen that used to signify when you could claim the old 4-hour and Daily Crystals. Does that make sense?

Finally showed up for me—this morning, around 14 hours after the event crystal timer came on line yesterday and seven-ish hours after the first crystal popped up for me.

Looks like the double crystal didn’t happen until 14 hours later? That seems like something that should have happened differently.

I will add…many thanks to @ThēMandalorian for trying to resolve this for me and everyone else.

The conclusion I would draw is that the crystals weren’t prepped correctly from the beginning, which affected the 2X offer and delayed any extra reward from it.

I submitted a ticket, but the response suggests the support personnel have no idea what’s going on. I’d like to think all of the confusion evidenced in this and other threads justifies the team doing something to make it right.
