I accidentally deleted a hero! :(

I accidentally deleted my highest ranked hero because i wasn't concentrating! Is there anyway to reclaim it or not? Absolutely gutted!

Go into settings and contact support. If you did not use any of the resources from selling the champ, they usually give it back.

(important sidenote: when support returns a sold champ to you it is usually returned at rank 1 level 1....no matter what rank/level the champ was when it was sold)

Lol not going to happen. There are safe guards from keeping that from happening. Yet you said on to all of them. Good luck, but won't happen.

It has happened. Contact support and tell them what happened. They SHOULD give it back

There are several things that support *should* do, but they don't. As stated above, you clicked through all of the safeguards before selling. In effect, Kabam has done their end of preventing it, and you did it anyways.

Hope for the best, but don't expect to see that champ again until you pull them from from another crystal.

They do honestly help more often than not. My son bought several unit bundles and they refunded all units spent, provided I didn't use the items until the process was complete. Just don't use any mats and you should be good.
