Stupid bots intercepts me 2 winnable matches in a row in bg HOW IN DAMN TIME IS THIS POSSIBLE and it keeps going. Literally unplayable, I'm very dissapointed. Stop sh*thing in kitchen, START GODDAMN COOKING

You getting intercepted is a skill issue. There are problems with the AI. Those problems consist of holding block excessively, not throwing specials, and just overall weird behavior. But you getting intercepted is not something that can or should be fixed. Do you expect the ai to not dash at you?

No, it's not skill issue. This has been bad day for AI behavior. From this bad day and now, this idiotic situation with intercepts didn't happen. These were really idiotic interceptions, the bot would just walk up and make light attack anyway, no matter what intercept I made: clash, light attack intercept and etc against him - he countered my interceptions in this way for many matches in a row, not one or two matches, just many matches in row specifically that day. I haven't had this nonsense for a long time.

Such AI intercepts were absolutely not natural. I know and have seen situations like this where a bot just comes up and makes an light attack, but this doesn't happen too often and specifically many times in a row.

I’m not sure why you haven’t noticed this behavior before, but completely separate from the discussion about whether this should happen in the first place, it actually has been happening for years. I’m pretty sure this is an artifact of the need to change how the AI processes timing which dates back to when the Unity engine altered this behavior in an irreversible way and was then incorporated into the MCOC game client. Which has been a thing affecting MCOC AI since around mid to late 2021.

The AI could always do this, going back to the beginning of time, but for circumstantial reasons it was much rarer until the Unity engine changed, which caused the AI to start entering previously rarer sequences of actions like light intercepts and backdraft intercepts. As tuning this to happen less frequently requires state memory, this is an AI 2.0 thing to address.

Bro dont listen to these guys. The AI is trash an moving faster then ever, the intercepts are ridiculous an all the other ovee tweaked bs that goes with it. Majority of players have same issues. But its a waste even saying anything. The AI has never been like this. Post your opinion and feedback.
