Can kabam help me in this case!!!

I had 47500 mysterium. I haven't completed act8.4 mini crucible. I forgot to do the purchase and completed this quest. Now I am about to lose 11k mysterium. That reward popup isn't letting me do anything. I raised a ticket for kabam, may be they can do the purchase for me on outpost store...

Also Idk how much they will take...and the reward popup won't let me do anything in the game. Also I will lose the 7hr crystal if I wait...that I don't want to miss.

Guys any suggestion for that can I claim reward. Can kabam return the lost 11k mysterium? I already got mystriem back one time...it was around 1 year ago.

Your only option is to accept the mysterium you won't get. You can't progress until you go through the selectors, and Kabam can't make mysterium purchases for you. Accept the loss and move on.

You can try logging in and out and try to make a purchase before it pops up 🤣.

I swear some people just run into every issue possible

This pop up is extremely stubborn 😂. It is not giving me 10 sec to do the purchase

Kabam needs to change such design that forces you to select, atleast give us option to snooze the pop-up
