Man, if you like one champion in particular and find him most relevant for your account goals, go with that champion. Don't let us shed doubt on your decision, only to realise you chose the wrong champion based on what we advised you.

you said no chance for awakening in the future. I think Antivenom is the best champ available that doesn’t require awakening. Cull is definitely better if he can be awakened but you basically said there’s no chance for duping.
