Sound off if your account was suspended today in order for Kabam to claw back rewards, and especially when your suspension ends so the rest of us can get an idea of how long it takes

This needs resolved within the next 12 hours with compensation being immediate, not the current "general compensation is on its way" rubbish that has been going on. The manner in which Kabam has been dealing with these issues recently is poor, and situations like this are not remedied with "sorry for the inconvenience" and a few low-level consumables.

If they were going to give the locked accounts just 2x why not say so instead of calling it a special package?...

Dod a few quests ended up banned. The compensation is a bunch of stuff I don’t need and besides my frustration at the situation no mention of compensation for my alliance who have to to do AQ short. Been playing this game since it came out and this might be a sign that it’s time to give it up.

Ayooo can we get clarity on if the 7 day bans gonna last the whole timer? If so that’s means we gonna miss out on a few of the bg objectives that give summer fest points that aren’t guaranteed to everyone.

This is not a “juicy” compensation package in the least. The only thing that looks somewhat appealing is the rebirth crystals and that are chance based. Compensation shouldn’t be based on chance. The past few weeks have been a complete **** show for this game: from aw issues AND solutions, to web store purchase bugs, to 9.3 rewards and now this prestige change followed by a screw up on their end that has their most dedicated players suspended for upwards of a week. And I’m not even naming everything.

In all likelihood I am a top 1% spender on this game. So I can’t believe I’m saying this but I am a few hours away moving on to a new hobby. This has been atrocious over the past few weeks.

what happens to all the alliance activities?
What happens to all the resources that expire from my stash?

I played Chapter 1 three times and ended up banned. Honestly, I thought the maintenance was for Kabam to claw back whatever catalysts people got because of their mistake, but apparently that wasn’t the case.

Now we’re banned until they remove whatever extra catalysts we got. What really irritates me is that they’re talking about catalysts like it’s some huge deal. If I had gotten a 7★ catalyst, I could at least understand the suspension. But I’m 100% sure my suspension isn’t because of any large or “substantial” gain.

Anyway… I’ll breathe, take a vacation, and just wait until the suspension is lifted and the compensation arrives. I only hope they freeze my inventory, because I’ve got boosts expiring that I was saving for this.

P.S. I’ve never seen a game punish players for a developer’s own mistake. I’m a dev myself, and I honestly don’t get how something like this passed testing without anyone noticing

As someone who still can’t login to do arenas aq and aw. I have the number one defense in my war group 150k plus rating! 4 rank 4’s if my defense is banned from suspension because I played content when it came out at two eastern time then that really sucks not to mention I have aq I’m missing out on. The compensation that I’m seeing is like I’m sorry but here you go. Like no I’m trying to help my alliance that counts on me. It’s got me feeling down because I enjoy being in my alliance that I am in on top of that I have a job I have kids. I have only certain amount of time that I can play this game and I take it very serious. It’s not my fault that you put out content that was not made right so you should make it right. I’ve been a loyal player and a loyal customer.

I'm not as frustrated as most of you, been around enough to know this happens. I'm not sure what the compensation will be and I don't trust what is floating around the web. The first time this happened, everyone who was "temp locked" went ballistic until they got their comp….I'm assuming it'll be the same this time around.

Let them sort, let them comp and if its not enough for you, then do what you have to do…in the mean time, are you all really letting a mobile game hit you this hard? Like life itself is teetering in the balance? HAHA

Lots to be annoyed with right now, AI, Bugs, Lag time etc etc but they screwed up and they needed to fix it, in the process the only real issue with Kabam and the Mods are that they don't communicate in a timely manner…and whether they like the forum or not, they should be updating on the "official forum" as well as discord (which I refuse to use).

As for the Prestige…not a fan right now, unsure of how it will be implemented in the long term…but willing to give it a shot and see, my prestige went from 32K to 27K…was annoyed but if it stops or limits engagement, I'm sure they will move away from it like the Thing AW.

So take a breath…realize its just a game…have some patience….and its not going to be 6 days…you know it, I know it, they know it…but as this forum does in its usual manner…you all get super dramatic…

So hit those "dislikes", reply with anger, point out your very logical reasoning (because most of the post does have sound logic that I respect) and just wait…there's nothing else you can do…no one is boycotting, spenders won't stop spending and most of you are not quitting the game…

Oh haha and these 7hr crystals, this compensation better make up for it. They already cost me 2 free 7stars this year, come on KABAM fix your game that’s been leaking before adding to a game full of cracks

This is the worst thing that ever happened since I started playing this game. It's not about the compensation, rewards etc…it's the uncertainty of it all. This is unprofessionalism at its finest.

I'm asking simple questions to no replies, was on discord asking Rex he ignored my reply and replied to somebody who replied to my question but the person who replied still didn't answer and when I asked again the same person answer again and didn't understand the question and when I broke it down even more all I got was "No probably not"

The Question was "People who got suspended from this EQ situation, would their account have a suspended mark on it in their in game file or would it be {suspended mark} removed right after everything is rectified".
