I also bought something but didn’t receive anything. It’s showing the purchase on the store as I can only buy 4 more but I didn’t receive the goods.

same bought multiple deals and got nothing! the amount of bugs going on at the moment is unecusable.

Same purchased several of the deals. No progress on the swords and stone track, no offers received in game but still charged.

We were able to purchase (and were charged) however received none of the items and no track points (I made the purchases intentionally to get Silver Samurai and complete the track)…I am assuming it will be resolved in time; but did want to note this.

i spend money so i dont have to do as much, not to do extra work. jesus they cant do anything right. messed this all up, ruined EQ, and so on and on.

They are working on it, there is an announcement on the Discord. I am dealing with issues as we all are and hopefully it will get worked out sooner than later. This is bad as now two days back to back dealing with issues and not to mention the change in EQ is still a fire in the community.

The game is basically a bundle of bugs and I am reading a ton of people who spent money on it. How do they do it? I got no idea; but the game is in the worst shape ever with people willing to thtow money at them.
