Banned for NO reason.

So im literally just placing down defenses for the new alliance war coming up soon, and out of nowhere i get this. I did absolutely NOTHING whatsoever, i spent so much money on this game and THIS happens? Seriously. I want my either my account back or my money. I looked through all of the terms of service and i did NONE of those, no offensive names, no cheating/mods, literally nothing. I want my account back.

Spending money doesn’t give anyone a free pass to cheat or break the TOS. If you were really banned for ‘no reason,’ then just submit a support ticket,,,,,, the game team has detailed logs with timestamps of everything done on your account. They’ll tell you exactly why the ban happened.

If you’re really that confused, maybe think back… did you give your account out for mercing or some ‘servicing’ and forgot? Because that alone is more than enough to get flagged
