Battlegrounds matchmaking

Has this actually been worked on? I remember a few things about it weeks ago but cant remember if its been fixed. I have an ok roster F2P with 3 r4 7*s. Just matched an account with 12. wish there was a way that the champs you the get for selection later could help counter the mismatch. I was offered one of my 3, they were offered all 9 of their remaining after bans. I just don't see how something like that is winnable. Its little things to like his bans included my two Zola counters 6* torch and 7* Cull, and his Zola was in the first selection pool. I know its just bad luck but it seems like battlegrounds is forced on us to get solid rewards but is just a place for pay to win players to make life suck for F2P players.

No it hasn't been worked on since there is nothing to work on as it is functioning properly.

Why do people continue to assume that the matchmaking is faulty?

You're matched with accounts in the same tier as you - that's it.

If every matchup you're faced with is too strong for you then you're either very unlucky, impatient, or reached as far as you can progress.

The stronger accounts will progress, and weaker accounts will start to filter up for you to pound on in turn.

I guess ill clarify that i was in Uru 3 and matched a Gamma 2 so thats on me for not clarifying. Glad your first instinct was to talk ****, thats very pleasent online behavior. Stay toxic yall

Whale Grounds, Roster Grounds, Opponent Somehow Drafts All His Counters Grounds. It's only purpose is to milk whales with deals, no change will ever be made to it because kabam LOVESSSSS that money.

Don't you think it's weird that for every in person tournament, the players never used their own accounts?????

If you put that context into your post, most likely you would have gotten different answers. Even still, what happened isn't an issue of matchmaking being broken. The reason you matched with someone in Gamma 2 is that when you were trying to find a match, no one between your tier and who you matched with was available for matching. This is how AW has worked for years. It's design is that you don't sit and wait for a match forever. Does it suck, sure but you're also in Gamma 3 so I can't imagine you didn't face a single roster bigger than yours on your way to gamma 3.

You're complaint was directed at the gap of your roster and your opponents. BG matchmaking does not and will not match you with rosters the same size of you, ever. At least until the baby league arrives.
