Would it surprise you to know the announcement was being worked on more than an hour ago too? lol Know its been a rough launch of adaptive EQ, we promised we were listening to feedback and committed to iterating and improving. Your feedback is important and will continue to be important, so please keep sharing it with this new version like you did with this current one haha

Surprisingly, its happening next week.
I will be the first to call out Kabam when they do something wrong.
But also when they do something right. And they get full applause from me for making this change.
I do not regret my posts as they are representative of not just my feelings but of many many others.
It is okay to try new things and to fail or come up short. But it is equally important to own those shortfalls, make corrections in the moment if possible, and to move forward.
My frustration was coming from a customer service and overall frustration at a bag of failures the last 3 months and how those have been addressed.
Good grief, we had innocent players get banned for running content because it was not properly tested. And although that is not the only thing that went wrong, it is a big indicator of how bad these last few months have been.
All I ask is for exactly what they did today. Take ownership, COMMUNICATE, and try to fix in the moment.
Kabams history does not instil confidence in those areas, however today is a perfect example of customer service.
A huge tip of the hat to kabam and to @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex for taking these steps today.
Often it is not a product or service that loses customers but how they are treated. The customer service if you will. I considered full retirement from the game lately and it wasn't due to bugs and issues it was because of a lack of communication and response to the customer base.

And I know my posts have been aggressive and that was because I wanted to keep the issue alive until there was a response. Because I was angry as so many more were. My only hope from it all was for kabam to acknowledge and correct and they did. And for that I say thank you to them and to everyone else who let their voice be heard.
