EQ Milestone Progression Based 'Reward Packs'

Hi Everyone!

Soo not everyone has been liking the new EQ and we have in my opinion great hope for the change that will occur with recent announcements, personally I smashed the Classic no dramas but Elder without some planning looked painful and my first 2 attempted ended quickly haha.
That said good on Kabam for recognising the outcry and implementing changes soon.

I have attached 8 photos, look at them in lots of 2 if you will. There seem to be within the milestones a progression based 'rewards pack'. I (as a Valiant Player with prestige around 22k to provide some context) am wondering what is in those packs and if anyone can confirm what the contents are or if the contents include the pictured rewards I have included in this post in their entire form which are the max rank reward that progression would receive so for example in the 'Proven Reward Pack', does that include the max rank reward that progression would receive if they explored the current 'classic' version of the EQ at a proven rank and max prestige required to hit rank 8 of 8 or some form of?

In my eyes if we do get all of the previous progression rewards (because a Valiant level player doesn't
have rewards such as low tier catalysts or things like 3 star battlecast shards that can be still be used to rank up champions and chase those missing battlecasts if anything/trade in via sigil stores and what not) then the new reward structure whilst a little confusing and should have had an entire livestream dedicated to such a launch is a big improvement as a whole in terms of time taken.

After completing Classic and reaching the basic proven pack and level in the milestone I did strict before and after comparisons and I couldn't see any form of the 'proven' rewards added to my stash nor a gift to open or anything as the icon is a present/gift box so one can assume, are these rewards bugged?

Valient gauntlet rewards were much better then this and less time consuming. I m not going to waste my time on this event

Are you just following the pack when it comes to the outcry of hatred towards this or have you actually calculated the difference? I haven't worked out how long it will take me to do Elder, will be giving a fair crack at it tonight finally with some planning but Classic took me less then an hour to do a single run to unlock Elder but I honestly feel I am going to have a lot more time on my hands with the game and will be doing less auto fighting of the monthly EQ all difficulties apart from Thronebreaker and higher and the Cav bosses.

Here are some calculations ran by Cat Murdock on her own account which running the numbers against my own whilst lower still very similar and she didn't run all the lower ones so it's not taking those into consideration where I would normally.

I ran the numbers for my own account because I really needed to see this laid out to understand what’s going on here. To give context to what numbers I’m using, the Total Old Rewards I’m counting as VEQ + Paragauntlet (some of these rewards have been migrated up from lower prog EQs, but I’ll be honest I didn’t run them, so for my own purposes, I’m not counting them as Old). For New, my Prestige is 23,890 down from 31,624. To anyone who shares this Prestige, hopefully this is useful to you. I think if you’re around this, this seems to be close to the cutoff for where the old rewards were:

What Went Up:

7 Star Shards: +9,400
7 Star AG Shards: +600
6 Star Battlecast Shards: +3500
T5CC: +3.5
T6CC: +1.45
T4A: +8200
T2 Dust: +150

What Went Down: I also wanted to find out when these go back up and how far one needs to go before they “break even”. I can’t see very gradual Prestige changes, so the next “tier” up I can see is 24,670 and 25,870, but it will be more granular than that

Titan Shards: -300 (surpass old number by +400 @ 24 ,670)
T6B Fragments: -19,000 (*these numbers appear to remain the same, for the T3A as well, I think the full catalysts from Paragauntlet were moved into the Daily Quest, 2 each per week there will overall yield higher monthly than EQ did, so there’s that)
T3A Fragments: -30,000
T7B Fragments: -100 (*this should be met before hitting 24,670, but hitting that number will increase it by +2,800)
7 Star Class Sig: -5 (this wont be surpassed until 29,830 but the generic sigs will increase faster)
7 Star Gen Sig: -1 (old number met @ 24 ,670)
T4 Basic Alloy Frag: -3000 (surpass old number sometime between 24,670 and 25,870)
Celestial T1 Alloy Frag: -1250 (surpass old number @ 24 ,670)
Gold: -628,000 (surpass old number @ 27 ,060, idc about gold much ill be honest)

What is New (this is a combo of Completely New, and Lower EQ):

this reward system is trash. I have been playing since this game went online 12 years ago, but stopped for about ten years because the stress this game causes me… go figure when Icome back its even more stressful. but always hd the daily missions to mess with along with a stable set of things… this new daily all in one package with no auto is complete garbage and gives out way less rewards..thats not my biggest problem though. im at uncollected right now, have about a dozen 6 stars and haven't touched my 5 stars in over a week. so Ihave to ask wtf are all the daily missions so damn simple? like 2 hits, Imise well have auto for that cuz im not going to play thru that, its a waste of my time. Ineed practice fodder to go thru on daily. then to my next point why are the back issues either incredibly easy or ridiculously impossible? guys with 200 or guys with 40,000? this is insane. no middle ground on this. also my offers are all for 5 crystals aside from a couple 6 ones, if you think id pay a dime for 5 or lower you're. smoking crack, no way. you want my money, Igot an AMEX black card, then give me something worthwhile to spend it on, cuz a 5 star crystal aint getting it ever.

The reward packs are the completion deals. Like in old system, when you complete a difficulty, you get 1000 unit revive/potion deals etc

This is one of the first answers I have seen which may actually be right on the money and Ill check once I start elder soon. If so I really hope they change it in the relaunch they do for EQ next week.

It does not work that way. You dont get reward based on completion anything. You get 1 point for completing each path, regardless of classic or elder, and you get only milestone reward after collecting enough point. you will get every reward once finish elder 6, until then, check milestone progress for what you will get.
