Suspected cheater accusing innocent guy of cheating

so i was just chilling on global doing daily quests and saw this creator guy being extremely abusive towards mr.Mccafferty calling him a cheator, so i got curious and viewed mr.Mccaffreys profile and it seems fully legit, but creator on the other hand has a very sus acc, just check the pics for uself, he has 100% necro, 100% epoch and has also done ccp carina and seems to have also done WOF while only having around 3.5 mil ratting and also less amount of quests and quest fights than i find possisible for a WOF clearer.
Can someone confirm whos the cheater? is creator a cheater or just a whale, im just very curious. If u confirm or check him out then i shall grant u the title of "Sigma"

Special missions. ALL of them are impossible to do with cheating. This is precisely what separates the average player from the cheater. If they try, they'll be banned. And there are mechanisms in the acts themselves that activate if you're cheating. Example: Act 6-7-8-9 Everyone has a line or boss that activates the anti-cheat feature. But I believe they'll remove my post for security reasons, but first, find out if he did all this with effort and for real.

Plenty of new accounts have incredible progress bcos they obviously spent money to clear all the content
