Because not every player has a titan crystal laying around. For some it taks allong time to collect one...... and than finding out you miss it 4 days before.

Irrelevant. You weren't impacted by the issue. Whether it is because others had "a titan crystal laying around" or not (which is not a thing), you opened a crystal that was perfectly fine and you don't get a handout for that. The players that opened titan crystals during the period of compensation saved up shards, they didn't just start getting them right after the new crystal started. You don't get to cry because you didn't get something for free that you didn't deserve to get.

Most people know how to save up their Titan crystal especially if the Titan crystal is going to be refreshed in a few days. It's your fault for not saving it. You are not going to get any compensation for your lack of planning!
