Explain this- some guy clears Necro 100%, flaunts the title, even has a Veteran tag, and yet he’s still walking around like nothing happened. I literally faced this same clown last meta too, so clearly, he isn’t being flagged. Are they just handing out temporary bans and calling it a day? If that’s the case, then yeah- the ban system is nothing but a joke…

The ban system isn't an instant ban. You can't just report someone and then, poof they're banned. It's a reporting system. Reports are to be investigated. The necro anti-cheat is fairly robust so who knows when they actually did it and their ban is coming.

Across regions is harder to prove. VPN, vacations, trips, or even not having much of a region difference, many factors that could cause a false trigger. Now finishing fights in 20 secs or under constantly should be enough for a flag and review...

I have no idea. I don't know how any of this cheating works.

But it seems like some players have had some run-ins with the accused in the past so I will just take their word for it.
