Topic: Ignored Support Ticket for Over a Month – Unacceptable

It has now been over a month since I opened support ticket #811808, and I still have not received a proper response. Each time I ask for an update, I just get redirected back to the same ticket, which remains completely ignored.

This is unacceptable. Instead of addressing the issue, support keeps replying with the same generic responses. Players should not be left waiting indefinitely with no resolution or real communication.

If this continues, I will make sure other players on the forum are aware of how poorly this situation is being handled.

The problem is that my ticket has been left open for 2 months with no response and no resolution. Whenever I try to create a new ticket, it is immediately closed and I’m redirected back to the old one — which has had no reply for 2 months.

I believe that, at the very least, players should be aware of this careless attitude from the developer.

Look, Kabam is the greatest game dev right now.

All my tickets were answered in the first hours or in the very next day.

Kabam also is very fair.

They compensate when some error happens

Got the same treatment from Support..had to totally close my alliance cause they couldn't help me..

My issue was that my alliance couldn't grow past 11 players....I sent screenshots and detailed message...and nothing...they will close a ticket 24 hours if you don't respond and in 6 days after if they ask for videos or screenshots

Never heard of a bug prohibiting people from joining an alliance with empty slots in 10 years.

There certainly was an issue with alliance privacy settings a few months ago. I was unable to modify in-game as this was frozen, so i opened a ticket. They responded by saying essentially it'll be resolved when the client updates and they couldn't speed that up. Soon enough it resolved itself after an update. You should have gotten at least an update with that verbiage, so bad on them.
