Hello Kabam Team and Community,
I am requesting a fair review of my account ban. My account was hacked and misused - the hacker wasted over 6,000 units, did necro ny unfair methods to boost it to sell my account (I have proof of this in Hindi messages). To protect my account, I have already changed my email and taken extra security steps.
These actions were never mine and do not represent my gameplay. I have always respected Kabam's fair play rules and invested years into my progress. Losing my account due to a hacker's misconduct feels very discouraging.
I kindly request the moderators and support team to re-check my case and reconsider unbanning my account.
I tried to raise ticket but kabam is not unbanning me they are only saying that u used mod in necro. I am playing since 3 years before that my brother used to play who is dead now so I also have an emotional connection with my id. I request kabam to see on which device necro is done I can share my phone details along with proof. Guys please support me. I just recently got pata and had done epoch. It was pretty grown up id u can check by searching -_- Arru

Wow… just wow . Claim your account was hacked, toss in some ‘my brother played before me’ drama, throw a tantrum about lost units…Old tricks and pity plays….Maybe your next story will be believable. Maybe.

Tbh, this is a serious topic.

Everyday I login to see some other dude trying to offer his services for free or charge you around 200 - 300 USD to clear Carina, Necro and some other content.

Other topic, mods. I have ran into 4 - 5 people last season who used mods in BGs to cheat their way up. I don't know whether they got banned or not, but the thing that pisses me off is that Kabam did not give me the match win and instead kept it as a loss.

Hackers and cheaters are now a major concern among the never ending list of MCOC bugs and I do believe that this has to be kept on priority.

Stupid lie bcos hacking takes much more effort if the intention is to sell the account, your account is only paragon, why would any hacker waste the effort to resell a paragon account

Hacker could have started a million new accounts and get those accounts to valiants within days to resell

Dude I just did Epoch with about 45 revives and was doing act 7 crucible then that approached me to help,I denied still he was insisting me to give his id and pass i blocked him he came with another id . I have some screenshots of his chats where he was talking with a guy using my account that how will he pay(Another Summoner) for my account then the hacker also gave his insta id to chat securely since kabam allow only limited no. of message I wasn't able to decode everything . if u guys need i can share the chats. Also MADDY if u are from same global in which i was there , then u should have known my brother who used to play 3 years ago. If u want me to prove that this is my brothers id I can give u proof also.

Jesus Christ I would like to tell you that I was already on 8.2.5 and had done Epoch And was doing Act 7 crucible I had already 5 R3 7* and 4 7* R2 and tons of 6 *champion with either rank 4 or rank 5 and most of them were ascended.So it was pretty grown up account.

True, but my concern is also related to BGs. Last season I lost 5 or 6 matches to people with 6 star Rank 1 champions. Reported all of em, kabam assures me they will take action, however they won't give me the win.

See, this is my concern. Because of the f modders, the whole game experience is ruined.

@Termintarix bro when i did act 7 i started getting some messahes from a guy named rehan first of all he asked me at which act u are i said 8.1.3 or 4 cuz at that time i was there he then said u need any help in act 8 or any quest i replied no but he was always telling me he can help for free but i blocked him . he asked me for my discord id i gave as he told me to talk there in discoed description i had wrote my email to personally message me most probably he would have got email from there. Then what happened idk i went to school and when i returned and opened game i saw anyone playing and immediatly raised ticked and in 1 hrs got banned.this all took approx 1 week . i have his alliance tag 'sufiy' he is leader of his alliance. his game name is sigil god. see his roasterand tell is he modder or not.

This is certainly one of the dumber stories we've seen here. Guy bugs you in game about running content for you so you block him. Okay, good. That right there makes sense (even though you never should've added him as a friend). Then he comes back with another account and you entertain him to the point where he wants to chat on discord? An interesting twist on the story. Seems like he said something that got your curiosity going. So you give him the discord ID, start chatting there, and then the personal messaging there isn't personal enough so you voluntarily hand over your email address so you can...still talk privately but in a worse way?

Your story doesn't work. You were talking privately in game just fine. Then you were talking in discord just fine. Those two parts of the story are completely believable. But this guy didn't just get your email because you handed it to him so you could talk in another private manner. He got your email because you let him play your account. Whether he modded or not, you broke ToS by sharing your account info. The only way the story gets dumber is if you paid the guy for your ban, which you probably did.

You can't make up a story and expect Kabam to believe it. They have the data and have a good history of accurately banning players on smaller scales. You're not going to trick them, especially if the story is going to be this bad. My dog is dumb as a rock and he could figure out you're lying.

Pointing out and reporting the merc you used to Kabam is a good thing, but you shouldn't hold onto any hope of getting your account back because there's no reason why you should get it back.

You really shouldn’t have shared any login info, Arru. If it was a genuine hack, Kabam can usually recover accounts- someone in my alliance had theirs hacked and the ban was lifted after review.

But if mods were used on your account (by you or whoever got in), Kabam will know. They log everything and don’t issue permanent bans without checking (Mostly 👀). At this point it’s best to accept their findings, maybe start a new account, or take a break from the game.

He exposed his lies with his own screenshot. 😆 lol. Anyway, someone translated his messages as well. Case closed. Stop promoting hackers and merc services. If you can't do any quest then don't do it. You can still grow in this game without doing hard content , but in a slow pace. I have alot of disagreement with alot of new contents and new quest etc. Just express here and move on or just don't play it. Just don't cheat or promote merc services. Kabam is giving out decent amount of materials to new players. Only frustration i had is not getting the champions that i want , even after i spent alot of shards and not getting enough higher rank up materials because i don't have money to spend. Kabam always made progression easier. You can easily progress to paragon again , just don't cheat next time.

It was me who did this. I hacked his account, Got his password from his Mom and then ruined his account. Please Kabam, listen to this child. He is innocent. I had nothing to do on weekend. I was just messing around. Sorry bud, I'll ask Kabam to Unban your account personally.
