A 30% ensnare which prevents evade is apparently not important for her attack. Nobody is asking for this, leave her be. If you have to nerf someone’s defence there are multiple champs like Serpent, Enchantress and Onslaught.

I like the part where they mention the defense rating of 3.5 and she performed higher?... Change the rating number then not her kit rofl.

agreed I liked her being able to remove evade and reduce aar it was useful for fights and the aar was really good to just have they should atleast replace it with panic or true accuracy if the ability accuracy reduction is that hurtful I think its lame cuz many defenders are much more of a pain to fight.

I honestly do not understand the two statements together. We think she is too strong of a defender and we are removing offensive utility.

I mean yes I suppose you will be able to parry stun her reliably now. But her defensive threat is the fumble and severe stings that apply through block, which this change does not affect.

And I do not understand what they mean by stopping evade not being important to her matchups? She has ensnare so I use her in evade matchups to turn off evade? Like I don't know, all of VT and GC currently?

I just don't see this affecting her defensive capabilities and it is a big hit to her attacking utility. But I guess she was just supposed to take enchantress and nothing else.

fr their are worse defenders than her why is she only getting a nerf this kinda removes part of her utility not being able to counter evade which most modern champs counter

So they’re completely removing the ensnare debuff from Spider-woman’s kit? They said that It’ll Mae her a less potent defender while not having much of an impact on her offensive performance. Is it just me, or is ensnare a huge part of her kit?

She’s a staple in my AW attack team as node 12 path 3 seems to be the number one placement for Enchantress. This node has counter strike - combat power and sixth sense - 50% chance to autoblock all light and medium attacks. Ensnare allowed me to sometimes bypass the auto lock, not a lot, but enough for me to get to a bar of power and use it before the counter strike node shuts me down completely. Now without ensnare, I’ll be lucky to get a medium or light hit in. Kabam tried to downplay the effect saying that spider woman doesn’t have a need to counter evade, but that’s not all ensnare did, the 30% AAR Reduction is a HUGE deal. More so than the anti-evade. That debuff alone was literally the sole reason I R3’d her as I don’t see many other options for that annoying enchantress fight. They just made her absolutely useless on one of the hardest fights in AW. This isn’t a “rebalancing” this is a major nerf. Completely removing a 30% reduction in AAR is not cool. I’m so over this game, been playing for 10 years and lately I just feel like my times been coming to an end. This last “rebalancing” seems to be a good cue for my exit.

THIS!!! “She’s more potent on defense than we’d like, so we’re going to nuke her attack power!” Wtf!? Ensnare was a big reason why I ranked her. She’s literally the only counter I have to Enchantress on node 12 in AW.

May be you (Kabam) should do more testing or don’t wait 6 whole months ( when everyone upgraded the champ) to release this BS. Where serp and bullseye was “ fine” .

Serpy Bullseye were fine, during release we had no solid counters, still they got a pass lol,

But Bullseye got changed and got a bug fix,he still annoying even with soo many counters

Onslaught is eh and Serpent have more than a year already,there ins't anything to gain complaining about him because they won't go back on that
