防衛での脅威を減らしたいなら、防衛時に付与するパワースティングの量を減らしたり、必殺技の当たり判定を緩くするなど別の方法をとるべきです

現状のままのアップデートが実行されるなら、私が蜘蛛女を攻撃で使うことはないでしょう

I think kabam has completely missed the mark here. Another change nobody asked for and actually impacts her more on offensive than it ever did on defense. You are taking away her ability to counter champs like bullseye and serpent who have very few counters. The easy solution to make everyone happy here is to have her ensnare only applicable on offense, simply remove the capability for ensnare on defense and leave her offensively unchanged. Simple

Kabam, if you're not okay with the Ensnare debuff just give her a slow debuff instead

Appreciate the response, I hope they read all this and revert this nerf or at the very least turn that ensnare into a slow if the general aar thing is really that much of an issue on attack because I have a really hard time thinking it’s that much of an issue on defense. I can guarantee you nobody has lost a fight against her due to the ensnare more than they have to that stupid fumble which is what makes her insanely hard on defense and has basically zero effect on her on offense.

Nerf defensive ability only then. Or it is just made up. I love how they think everyone is stupid. But it won't matter. They'll still make top $$$$$ 4thQ with events. Until it stops, why should they?

Honestly man, this is total BS, I got her to r4, used an awaking gem on her & siged her to 140, you nerf her then I want my resources back, I have unduped Photon, silk & Void all would benefits from the gem & the sigs.

I just don’t understand, why can’t she just have ensnare on offense? This is a huge huge nerf that just doesn’t seem justified. So many titans trying to get her, offers purchased, I am very indignant as a consumer and patron of this game.

Karolina’s glancing buff is so busted I think even if they released 7* CGR and Hulkling tomorrow they still wouldn’t be the two second best cosmics in the game anymore. Definitely not a 3 on utility and a 3.5 on survivability, any attacker than can take Yelena Serpent Bullseye and Photon in respectable time with full hp aside from nuking the obvious ones like Zola Red Skull and Sentinel is a 5/5 on both and that’s a hill I will die on so if Spider Woman is getting nerfed over something so insignificant then so is Karolina

I'm just confused about the whole nerf entirely. Like… she's over performing as a defender with ensnare how? Because of a chance to let us do something? We have defenders that try to or completely prevent you from parrying, evading, activating buffs or debuffs that never got touched, and they were never a problem? We also have tons of nodes that prevent a certain play style. We as a player base are aware of this, and those are the things we take into account when we're building our rosters. So i'm just a bit lost why this is all of a sudden a problem for a new dual threat.

i get it, you don't want her to be this potent on defense, you want her to be a solid attacker not a dual threat… so why nerf her on both ends? Obviously we have champs that operate differently on either attack or defense, so why could this not be an option?

This doesn't seem like a nerf for her "defensive capabilities" even if we try to say ensnare isn't that big of a deal for an attacker… which I disagree with, but I digress.

They should remove the debuff only for defense. And keep it for offense. That would be a good rebalance if the problem is only for defense, as mentioned in an attempt to justify the nerf.

such BS. maybe they should just introduce a new champ to counter her if she's difficult in defense then. that's their development process now anyway when releasing champs.

The logic behind this unnecessary nerf is ridiculously flawed. If her attack, as stated, “does not warrant intervention” then just disable ensnare on defense. Frankly, if the argument is she’s too strong a defender, then a hard look needs to be made at other champs in the game. I periodically spend money on this game because I enjoy it. That enjoyment is starting to fade with garbage like this.

I love this champ, there's nothing that would make this right, not even a r4 generic gem and 200 sigs which my SW is currently at, its such BS to let us max them out and then drop this bomb on us. Not good kabam. Not spending another $ on your game now.
