Just end the rebalance program already.

What’s the point in having it? You allow defensive powerhouses to run wild and release a lot of champs who are good but not great but a tweak here or there would have made them better but not op. But as soon as we have a great offensive champ they get nerfed and you claim it’s for defensive reasons even though she’s no where near a defensive powerhouse. It’s clearly an offensive nerf

Why even chase new characters? Save titans for a year and then open. No point at all in investing in new characters.

The point is they're afraid of making another Hercules or buff another Magneto. They're afraid of their own inability to understand the game they make and how different interactions take place in different scenarios in the game. It is especially dangerous now as they only make champs to answer specific champs. They don't do their own research and take in the full scope of a new champs impact on the game, hence the current and avoidable issue of Dazzler and Solvarch.

that doesn’t make sense. If you save your titans for a year you will just get the champions that are in the titan when you eventually open them

It makes perfect sense. You want to obtain the champs you do not have in 6 month increments for the best shot at them not being nerfed to the ground.

Lol Aston makes a good point. In 6 months a titan will over atleast twice. That means 2/3 will be new champs up for a balance update.

For example say you saved 6 months of titans for today's announcement. If you opened you'd pull champs like nico and karolina, who we wont hear about balance updates for months from now. It's a vicious cycle.

it’s a lot easier to understand the rebalance program when you accept it has nothing to do with game balance and everything to do with Kabam having an excuse to mess with champs as needed to drive future sales.

for example, you can’t have a champ that is the best counter for the future defender being released in a few months…. They need to sell the best counter a month or two later. They also need you to waste resources on rank ups that get nerfed so that you feel the need to go get more materials for some other rank up. And on and on. The rebalance program has zero pro player attributes, which is why they will never end it.
