Has there been ANY response from Kabam? (Spiderwoman post alert)

Judging by the amount of comments and videos online, the community is mostly pretty angry at the proposed nerf of Spiderwoman. But have Kabam even acknowledged the frustration anywhere? It seems eerily quiet…

Not to throw on more cynicism, but look at the structure of the “rebalance” program. Spiderwoman is more broken than Serpent per Kabam, but she will be allowed to exist in the game for months “as is” despite concerns of game balance,

Now you can believe that. Or you can believe they could remove that ensnare in 10 minutes but they just put off the change until the torches and pitchforks are put down. It’s not hard figure out the right answer here….. and it is why they won’t respond.

No, because it's a hard question to answer, at least for now. I asked Pinwheel on Thursday where they disappear to when things get bad and then they left a combined 3 comments on the forums all day Friday. The comments from Mike were only about AQ rewards getting fixed, and Pinwheel left a comment on a post about the new forums. That's all the community on the forums got from 16 hours worth of community team work day.

Couldn't even answer a question about why the community team disappears from the community when things are rough, and then disappeared.

It is pretty shocking how they just ignore many of us. They are very selective in who they respond to and which messages will reactive a response. They say time and again they see everything but then let days go by without even the slightest acknowledgment of our overwhelming frustration. They could deflate a lot of the negativity with a simple response. Can’t wait for the promised “dev diary.” Perhaps that promise was just a misdirect to get us past one issue which we’ve moved on from because yet another issue has taken its place.
