Converter Fantastic Forces loans

Hi everyone. We've noticed that many users can't convert their Fantastic Forces loans to Splinters because the converter hasn't been released. Why? Can you fix it?

if by splinters you mean shards… the conversion is in the traders outpost. But you need to trade in the fantastic force things in batches of 10.

The 7* shards trade in only appears if you've bought 7* Mr fantastic already. If you haven't you need to wait until it's over for it to show
