I would post links to journalistic articles on the subject. But you're just kidding. A law in a country where it's possible to file a special civil lawsuit on your own. I don't know if you know. But there's a document called a letter rogatory, among other legal means. If you really think that a level 60 account where these guys are trying to sell illegally...
