No special thrown in your face mid combo, or breaking your block? π π
It's awful.
It's awful to the point that I wish I was recording every single match but my storage is already a healthy amount but if I recorded it would fill up after a few matches and quite frankly the game already sucks so much with the AI and lag that I don't need anything else making it worse.
yep, and here some other guy in forum was asking Kabam to make it less predictable β οΈβ οΈπππ€£
only way anything gets fixed is when the world retains there money and not until if you played 10 yr like me you would know this already :)
That's my reason never to spend on this game. Manure AI, manure inputs. MOre manure for cows to their bottoms on.
AI can light intercept you better than you can light intercept AI
That's the state of the game 2025
When I said AI 2.0 is great but an immediate solution was required, my thread got brigaded and shutdown.
I donβt think AI 2.0 is gonna be enough at this point. Plus if 2025 taught me anything itβll only be used to make things worse for players
What's puzzling to me is that we know Kabam has the ability to design a tough but fair AI because they did it with Ares.
(And if anyone thinks that Ares was not good AI, they shouldn't be participating in this topic.)
I understand how the current AI works, but it causes me to play in such a guarded and conservative manner that it becomes boring at times.
I'm still having fun but I'm definitely very excited for AI 2.0.
The a.i. make me hate the game so much
A.i. doing so many thing it should not do
Spiderwomen is just a part of AI annoyance, whenever I join BGs, I was always forced to ban Arnim Zola because lil bro is the king of resist, parry, heavy intercept and intercept like WTF bro. The AI in 2025 is just crazy.
@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex saw you reacting to the 'we spent money' post, want to chime in here? You know, that issue that you guys were supposed to be working on for the last years or so, still not fixed and have updated all of zero times in the last few months?
Or @KabamDORK youre head of CS right? Want to give us a long overdue update?
The AI is very frustrating, dude - I get it and feel the same. It's something that is still being worked on every day.
Can you shed some light (however briefly) on what the game team finds frustrating about the current AI?
Because I had something of an epiphany recently (as a very casual player nowadays).
Basically, I threw a special into the AI's block that left me completely vulnerable, and the AI just stood there holding its block and chose to not punish me.
Clearly, if the AI had any consistent logical thought process it would have punished me.
So what is it doing exactly? Just randomly flipping through various options every second? And sometimes it will do something logical and other times it will do something illogical?
And as players we can never really predict its behavior consistently? Is this the intended design to keep the gameplay from becoming predictable and easy to defeat?
Will the next iteration of AI change this or is it focused on other issues?
