He could have Evade and some king of ability the require 30% reduction.

I would say it is more likely an exclusive champ for Cyber Weekend or Christmas Banquet (or both). Where the cashing in is higher 🤑.

For one random champ that will be in Titan pool in 2 months time, I don't think it worth Kabam risk and hassle.

Considering she's not even close to being the best evade counter in the science class, this feels like a weird assumption. I can't see how she specifically would be an incredible option for an evade matchup that they would feel the need to nerf her

Dracula will be nerfed as he will drain the champs dry of blood and Kabam will go whoa that’s to much and reduce his abilities

Ok, even with that in mind why would they nerf her specifically if a mystic champion that can evade is going to exist when science is basically the evade counter class?
