Were we supposed to save these hunger gifting pings?

Just saw where there’s a hunger realm event. Already sent out my hunger pings because I saw in forums where people were gifting them out. Will I miss out on stuff?

Why do we get this stuff and the gifting badges way before the event starts if this is the case?

You can still send more, the only limit is your energy, so not sure I see how that's an issue?

What lack of energy, the 1 refill a day the super event gives is more than we got before any of the reductions.

Anyone else think it is odd that Kabam adds a feature (gifting) and doesn't say what it is for? Kabam is so out of touch to add a feature and not tell us what it is and expect us just to annoy other players by spamming in-game inboxes and not telling us why. Kabam read the room.

Sometimes a bit of mystery is a deliberate method for increasing community engagement, and I think we could do with a bit more of it.

Like when they give out clues with Battle realm pings just recently, and people were trying to solve the problem.

Or the 'Don't push the Button' device from Rocket, way back in the early days of the contest.

I agree "sometimes" surprises are great. However, imho, when you just been sh|+|ing the b3d for the last month you need to be clear and concise with your expectations and deliverables. This is crisis management 101.

You have players quiting the game right now, is anyone that is seriously considering quiting that game sticking around for gifting energy?

Not sure it's technically a realm event and I'm not sure why I suddenly got some in game mail about a "hunger virus" I may have contracted, but I found this in the updates mail, which basically just tells us about last week's side quest. Seems to check out as a hunger event, though most people probably finished it last week when it came out. So no clue why we're just now getting gifting badges and hunger viruses

brother. 1 path in act 8 is a whole refill…one daily quest 100% is a whole refill…unless you just got oodles of them laying around…
