As you can see from the picture above, a few players have had the luck of a double drop. Tad unfair here.

No, they claimed the fixed it but then you had people saying they got to keep stuff lol....

Dude I got locked out for hours for finishing 1 path in classic EQ, and people are showing 2x.. 3x.. some dude says he saw a 17x on YT rofl what the actual F hahahahah

It is not crazy at all. As the old saying goes, "[i]nsanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".

It would be "crazy" to expect Kabam to send out compensation without issues after they promised us things would be different in October.

Be reasonable please. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF THE ITEMS SENT AND DON'T EXPECT MORE OF IT. what's going to happen in all likelihood is that people are gonna get banned and their accounts will be rolled back

It happens in lots of other mobile games: when they mess up, they compensate by giving out rewards. They're not going to go bankrupt if they give the full rewards to those who only received the basic compensation...

Plus, it would help rebalance the game anyway. Some accounts got double or triple the package, while others barely got anything. It's frustrating — and honestly, they’re being stingy if they try to take the extra back now.

If thousands of accounts were affected, trying to fix it manually will just create more problems. Just make it fair for everyone and move on.

The popular and profitable Gacha mobile games do this, you are right. It is almost as if they realize that a happy playerbase has a correlation with spending habits.

Kabam, however, is not typically in the top 50 in terms of revenue (although they were #29 last month), and treats us like insects when it comes to granting compensation. You and I are not receiving compensation for this. Not trying to be rude, but I have been on this ride for 10 years. It is just how they operate. The sooner you accept it, the less disappointed you will be. I know that is how I coped.

What an absolute ***** storm. So many accounts getting multiple titans, T7 basics and generic sig stones on top of what others have received. This throws the balance right out. People can spend thousands to acquire these items and Kabam just giving them out in abundance by accident. Good lord what a nightmare. This game is going down hill fast.

I’m out of kabam doesn’t make this right. More gaslighting here with them pretending they don’t see these posts. Freaking horrible people leaving the players hanging screwed out of major rewards while other get away with highway robbery ain’t right man

In todays live stream you promised to start doing right by the community. A decent start to this bridge building with the community you claim you want to do can start right here by taking the L for your failure once again and do right by the people who received less and send them equal to what the most anyone got. This action would show you actually want to live up to your promises to the community and not break that promise within 12 hours of making it. You say you want to do and be better. Prove it. You took the first step in the stream and manned up to the continuous mistakes now own it again and do right by the community. We arent the ones who keep messing up but yet we are the ones who suffer from your mistakes. Be a man of your word and do right by the community.

This is so, so unfair. I would very much like another 6 shots at getting a pre-nerfed Karolina. Also, if they got a pre-nerfed Karolina or a pre-nerfed Nico, they can also rank 4 them probably instantly and most likely sig 110 them.

Those that got it more than twice were a fraction of those who got it twice. Made this decision to make things right for the most people as quickly as we could because, as folks in this thread have rightfully pointed out, this isnt something we could just stay radio silent on

Doesn't change the fact they got a whole r4 for free and we will be getting 2/3. With how expensive t7b catalysts are with radiance this is completely unacceptable and still very unfair, I have to grind one full BGs season to get half of what some people got for free.

yea, I got a bit excited when I saw the Discord announcement, but then came here to see and was bummed the ones who got it 3+ aren’t getting stuff clawed back.

Maybe they can’t claw back for those people, but whenever they do their data dive next week to determine who gets a second batch, those people also need to get about 300k+ radiance along with the other items, or something..

Yeah it's completely unacceptable to me, they need to clawback most of the stuff got those accounts got cause the other solution would kill the game's economy completely but something else needs to be done. Some people will turn a blind eye just because they're sending another one in but I won't, this is still very unfair.
