Unable to use tier 7 basic catalyst and tier 4 alpha catalyst

Im trying to r4 a 7* champ and I have all the necessary catalsyts, however, my tier 7 basic catalyst and tier 4 alpha catalysts are in my inventory. I can't claim them either. How do I fix this?

Yep, looks like you’ve hit the inventory cap for your current level so while you have the resources in overflow, you aren’t far enough along to be able to hold the amount needed to upgrade to r4.

Assuming this is you, you're not high enough level. Better equip some XP boosts and start grinding XP.

Looks like level 60 is needed, my level 58 alt has the same inventory caps as the OP.

I'm level 61 and yet I still having struggle to rank4 my onslaught.what is actually the requirements to this?anyone got the idea?
