Unranked Battleground

I am very curious to know what unranked BG is about. I am one of those people with a "big account" but find it very hard to get to gladiator circuit because of my lack of skills...

I always think that we should have a participation mode and a competitive mode of BG. The only issue is that there are rewards locked behind reaching GC. I really think that such rewards (e.g. idol pieces) should be from participation only...

So how about doing enough GC matches (ranked or unranked) to get these rewards, and then people who want to get more competitive rewards can do ranked BG and get into GC.

Unranked should not have rewards, you should only be able to complete objectives and that's it.

Unranked will be matching you soley against accounts your own size. If you have a large account but lack the skills it won't help you as you will still be being matched with other large accounts.

If there are no rewards for unranked, then no one would play it. So there has to be some rewards, whether they are objectives or otherwise.

So what I am saying, when framed in your lens, is that things like idol pieces, saga pieces, etc. should be objective based (participation only) than competitive based.

Probably there will be rewards attached to unranked bgs but they obviously won't be as good. So chase items won't be in there I'd imagine

I think that the rewards will just be the BGs objectives we have right now. The whole point of unranked BGs is probably to get more engagement, everyone knows regular BGs is dead. I wouldn't be surprised if we finally see some events specifically focusing on BGs

Saga Items may be chase items...but I do not agree that Idol pieces are chase item. Already we cannot get enough pieces for 7* idols if you are not ranked at the top...so really the rest of us can only get 6* unless we spend.
