As you can see from the picture above, a few players have had the luck of a double drop. Tad unfair here.

Typical L opinion. While it might not be game breaking (which before you say…I did read in another comment by you), having 3 new 7 star relics and three titan nexuses can be account altering for sure. If they rectify it with 2 more packages and I get bastion dupe and Karolina dupe it will be account altering for me as I have them both in my BGs deck at r3 and they’ll both hit a lot harder helping me win more matches. When things like this are handed out, it’s degrading to players that spent to get those same things. It’s not about whether it’s game breaking, it’s about fairness and a level playing field

First of all, there is no such fairness in this game as you're referring to. Accounts have much more than others on an ongoing basis. That's the most-overlooked aspect of this game that people fail to realize when they talk about this imaginary spending vs. F2P race. The game is not, and has never been, one that depends on making sure everyone has the same thing.

Secondly, these situations are rarely resolved by "everyone getting the same thing" actions. Fair isn't always doable when it comes to bugs like this. They had a look, decided on doubling what we get, and said anyone who got more than twice was a fringe occurrence.

Honestly, people need to leave well enough alone. Is it ABSOLUTELY even and fair? No. It's the best course of action right now, and to the people who got an extra one, good for them. I got one round and I could care less. It's not going to make a damn bit of difference to my Account, so I don’t let what others got rent space in my head. You do you.

People acting like a 150k-200k radiance difference is not a big deal is absolutely hilarious. I’d love for all these casuals who think it is to try grinding all the way up to Mysterium just for one season so they can have better understanding of the whole situation.

Ok it's unfair but let's not call people who got multiple comps as exploiting or taking advantage of anything as if they went out of their way to cheat the system. All they did was get something in their mail. Whether they used the resources or not, it's Kabam's fault not theirs. I would've used the extra comp too and if Kabam wanted to ban me for that, so be it. Go ahead and ban players for your own incompetence.

What do you mean it’s not doable? They’re literally already looking at all the accounts who got it twice so they don’t receive the comp again, they could easily do the same with the people who got it three times and send the rest to those who didn’t your argument makes absolutely no sense.

We are arguing the fact that for some of us who play competitively, that 150k-200k radiance is big and will make a difference in roster strength those people literally got a full r4 yesterday not to mention two extra chances at the three most op champs currently in game Nico Karolina and Spider Woman. If we do the math, 2xT7B plus 2xTitan crystals means more than 150-200K radiance. The Titans alone cost 150k, plus another 200k from the T7BASIC, if we were to refer to the new store prices.

It’s actually a Titan Nexus, which isn’t obtainable from Radiance.

Lazy decision in compensating the compensation. If you can figure out who received compensation package twice or triple times, why not try to make everyone equal? ItIt’s the best time for you to prove your promise that make mcoc better and once again you failed us

Nothing is account altering if you are sh*t at the game, there is not much difference between GW and some Quantum and M3 warriors with full r4 decks being hardstuck deluxe.

I personally duped Nico from that crystal and R4'd hood for war (and bgs this guy is fire) in which he took alot of fights, so yes for me it was pretty account changing.

@GroundedWisdom i made the comment about the bans but you are completely missing the point. I am not bitter bout people getting extra rewards. Far from it. I called out the wild inconsistency in how the issue is handled. People were been banned for exploiting an obvious error, whether it was running a quest multiple times or taking advantage of an offer.

Enforcing the TOS should be consistent. It creates accountability. It should not be implemented when it’s convenient. The excuse of being late on a Friday and only impacting a small number of accounts is not a good look. It basically renders the diaries, posts, and in game messages about economy pointless.

Seen lots of people with mates claiming they were receiving more then 2 but never any proof from these people or said mates. Even screenshotting read mail which it should appear in I would imagine?

This wasn't an exploit. They didn't repeatedly complete an action, or make an effort to get it. They were given extra as a result of the system.

There is no such thing as consistency when it comes to taking action on these things. It depends on the circumstances, the overall effect, and yes....a certain amount of it is Kabam's discretion. It's a case-by-case situation.

People complain all the time that they don't do anything "pro Player", and when they decide to let people keep what they got as a result of a bug, that's a problem as well. Which is it?

Bottom line is select few might have gotten one more than the rest of us will. That's not game-breaking, and it's a statement to this community if people can't just say good for them.

Well there were reports that apparently people were logging into and out of their account to receive extra comp packages so until that point is really clarified on how it happened who really knows how some people received extra and others didn't. There have been screenshots captured of profiles showing other double up on compensation packages such as the recent potion and revive one as well which raises further questions on how this could occur and do those profiles have certain flags against their profile which causes these problems.

If it was just a random glitch then that bug needs to be identified so it can't happen again.

My team mate received 1 in mail and had 3 in the stash. 4 total that’s an extra r4 champ which is an advantage over the one package I got. This is a problem that needs sorting one way or another

Let me give you a scenario. You go into your local store and have a bad experience. Some of the shopping carts have stiff wheels, others have dried gum stuck on the wheels which make a loud noise while you push it through the store. Then, you notice some of the price tags seem off, items are in the wrong aisle, the list goes on. The employees are apologetic, but you've noticed these issues before. They promise to fix them, but the issues seem to linger.

In an effort to make it right, they give you a care package to compensate. You thank them for their kindness. Some people get more compensation than you do, but that's okay. You feel that you were fairly compensated. The store decides to give you some additional items to make up for it. Wonderful!

Over the next few weeks, you see positive messaging coming from store management, so you decide to go and check it out. The carts have been refurbished, some of the items are in the wrong place, but within reason. The price tags are on the right items, but you notice that the cost of those items have increased. You decide to flag down the store manager for an explanation.

In an effort to be transparent and a show of good faith, she tells you that they had to increase the cost of certain items to offset the cost it took to get the store up to par and for the unplanned additional compensation that was handed out. They are a business after all.

So, based on this scenario, was the additional compensation handed out to make up for the error pro shopper?

The scenario you've detailed is not pro-player.

But it's also a made up scenario to prove a point that you don't even know is correct or not.

Who's to say that Kabam will inflate the cost (in game) of other things or reduce the amount of them because of an extra compensation package. Who's to say that it's only the extra package, and not the original package that would or wouldn't cause this? There's no evidence from the past that this is something Kabam would do.

They're not in the business of having to make up for stock given out. It's not a store with a certain amount of goods to be sold.

Now, some people are of the opinion it costs nothing, so Kabam can produce whatever we want. I disagree. Everything has a cost. A cost to produce, a cost to balance, a cost to monitor and upkeep, etc. That's not the same as what you're suggesting.

If you're suggesting they're going to charge us extra somewhere else because a scant few got one more Compensation package than the rest of us, I'd say that's a stretch for even Reed Richards.

Would explain why GW insists on saying items that are worth over 200k radiance aren't account changing at all especially with the current Titan pool.

If I had a dime for every time I've paid the price for not banning Nico since the Titan rotation I'd be rich. It's absurd how strong she it on attack and defense.

To be honest, I'd rather people just come right out and say it's not fair for them to get it and not us, rather than go to such lengths to try and conflate the effects of it.

If Kabam thinks it's not enough of an effect to remove them, then that's the bottom line.

That is exactly what we've been saying that some people got it and others didn't, but what makes the matter worse is the worth of the comp package itself. You can keep going in circles all you want, all the points have been made clear here, you're just arguing for the sake of arguing.
