Customized control issue on PC version

The new update came , and i cant use my customized control on the PC version of MCOC , is this a bug or delibarate?

Hey, I have the same problem. It doesn't work with any of them. I lost a BG battle because of this error.

@KabamPinwheel I'm facing the same issue 😡 Can’t do anything. Update rollout is a joke… If I can’t play on PC, thanks for nothing, Kabam.

The game is getting boring day by day . Nowthis control issu is so much disappointed on kabam , you're charging us huge money and time, but what we got are bugs, issues, etc., fix this asap @KabamPinwheel @kabam whoever is in charge

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. It's very difficult to switch back to the phone when I'm used to using the PC.

I'm having the exact same issue. None of my inputs are working in any fights. My controller AND keyboard controls don't work! Global chat thinks I'm crazy, or is blaming it on my PC or Steam. It's not, because I've NEVER had this issue before, plus the game has been running just fine with barely any issues.

I thought I was the only one, after the update I can't press any battle buttons while playing the game.

It's unbelievable, more than 12 hours have passed and there is still no solution or response from Kabam.

For those who can’t fix it and only play on PC- looks like you won’t be able to use custom controls after this update for some reason (no idea why). For a temporary fix, try this: go to controller settings- if you’re on keyboard and mouse, open those settings and delete all your previous custom mappings. Then pick one of the default control presets (I’m using Contest Classic). If you’re still facing issues after that, try restarting- it should work. Sadly, you still can’t use custom controls for now though.

default controls are unplayable for me, i think if nothing works or they dont fix it soon ,i have to map the default keybinds to mouse to get a work around from this.

did you remove your custom mappings before switching to the default keybinds? Also, Kabam Pinwheel replied on Discord about the issue

thanks for the information and yes i did deleted my custome keybinds first before switching to default one. (i said default one is unplayable for me as in , i m not comfortable with those controls thats why.)
