Happy that only the typical whining guys against Kabam dont agree. And they do not represent even 0,5% of the total Summoners.

I'd see many comments on Forums to Kabam give radiance when we advance a level on BG.

This will fix the issue of only Valiants with R4 to obtain Radiance
